I have bought from them several times and have been happy with my purchases. The last two purchases, not so good. One of them was clearly fraudulent. It was a radar detector that detects nothing. There are hardly any parts inside except to make the LEDS on the exterior. You Tube has a video disclosing this, yet NewFrog continues to sell this product. The other purchase was a car video recorder. It is horrible! I tried to contact NewFrog on both items and was told to take a video of them. A video? Of What?
I have since stopped purchasing from this company and, unless you like taking a risk, I would strongly reconsider any major purchases.

Ordered sheer floral flocked curtains from them on eBay. Took 4 week to arrive. When they arrived, 3 out of the 4 curtains were sewn unevenly, one of which the bottom was more narrow than the top and they had holes up and down all the seams. I opened a case for a refund on eBay, took photos of the damage, and threw the curtains in the garbage. The request was for a partial refund of $7.80 U.S. dollars as one curtain was okay and I kept it. At first they only offered a refund of $3.00 U.S. dollars, I denied it. They then offered me a refund of $5.00 U.S. dollars. I denied it again. They proceeded to demand I ship the damaged items back to receive my refund. I replied that the items were thrown away and that shipping them back would cost me more than the refund itself since they are located in China. They ceased to respond after that. I proceeded to have eBay step in and my money was eventually refunded for the $7.80 U.S. dollars. I have never in my life been given so much grief over such a menial amount of money, especially when I provided photographic evidence of the damaged items. Buyer beware.
Bought a rotating disco ball, ordered 16/3/16 and it arrived 31/3/16, which was more or less on time as stated.
Unfortunately it arrived in two pieces, due to the absence of any form of protective packing, other than the cardboard carton which contained the bulb.
I've sent two Emails to Newfrog customer service together with pictures of the damaged item, and also referred the issue to PayPal, and to date 11/3/16, have heard nothing, Newfrog have not had the decency, or common sense to reply to me
I have in the past placed many orders with Newfrog, and been reasonably satisfied with their advertised products, but when things go wrong they appear to be useless in resolving a simple issue such as I have outlined,
I won't be dealing with Newfrog again, it's just not worth the trouble, as I personally have no confidence in Newfrogs ability or interest in providing customer service once they have got your money
In my case it's not the amount of money I have spent on a now useless item, but rather the principle, that Newfrog are treating a regular customer with such contempt.
My order was placed on December 28,2015, and today is April 9,2016 - still didn't receive it. Is there a number to call in? Sent an email on February 18,2016 and no answer to my email. Re-sent another one today, but not sure if I ever get an answer or the ordered items (or a refund, for that matter). Prices are decent, but the risk of non-getting the items is much higher. I would stay away from purchasing from Newfrog. Also, is there a way to "unsubscribe" from their emails? It looks like the only way is to mark them as "scam", which they probably are...
Purchased a few times from this website. Their prices are pretty cheap (typical online China-made store) but their shipping is ridiculously slow, I have never had an item arrive in under 7 weeks! Other than that it is OK, but nothing more.

SORRY NEWFROG
The first time the item was broke, ordered a second different item and it was never received, attempted to contact via there website and never received any responses. Done with them, grateful they were inexpensive items.
I have 4 different items I have been shorted or was defective that I have made them aware of without getting a definite response on what New Frog plans on doing about it! I have a bicycle bell that was shorted about 6 months ago I have yet to receive! (Cost less than $2). I was sent a "SCREW", yes a screw instead of a winter head band that cost less than $2 they won't recognize as a mistake which hasn't been taken care of. I ordered a Gillette Mach III Razor along with 4 extra blades. I received the blades but not the razor and haven't been told if or when they were going to send the razor. The total for these items was less than $3. Finally, I purchased an Electric Razor for $21 that won't hold a charge. They say they will take care of it, but as of now, I haven't received it!
My point with this company is they offer and sell items very cheap, but they rarely deliver what is ordered. I'm talking 4 items with an out of pocket cost of less than $30. If they will lie and cheat about merchandise that costs so little, what would happen if you bought something with real value? For $30, they can shove all 4 items up their you know what and I'm done doing business with Chinese Companies! I've gotten egg-foo-yung on my face and they've cheated me for the very last time! Stay away from New Frog.com!
My friends bought some makeup kits from these site last month, is cheap, the package was lost, they sent a new package as compensation, the service is good.

I placed an order with this company on May 3,2014. I never received my order. I sent several emails to this company only to be told it would be resolved. After still not receiving my order was then told that they would give me a half refund for my order to be returned when the order was received. When I told them that I only wanted my stuff was then told that I needed to send them money not only for my unreceived order but for a tracking order that was never provided in the first place! Please DO NOT place any orders with this fraudulant company!
