I'm convinced that the negative reviews are true and therefore you have to be very careful, but with me everything went well, without problems.
Because an item was not available, they asked me to refund it and they actually did this quickly.
It took some weeks for the package to arrive (standard airmail to Europe, no tracking), and therefore I sent an email to the customer service. I got a fairly quick and good response about the date when they sent the package and that it can take up to 30 days.
The lesser was that one of the items I ordered (a decent looking flashlight) already became useless within 3 weeks while just used it 3 or 4 times (button mechanism broke and too difficult too repair).
