Ordered in time for Christmas BUT was only informed after chasing the order in January long after the dispatch date was due, that one of the items was sold out. Would I like to choose another. I reluctantly did and finally they were sent. On arrival I have found that the quality is not good and what was described as POLYCOTTON fabric and in one case JUST COTTON fabric was ALL 100% Polyester and Nylon. Nast nasty polluting polyester and nylon to which I am VERY allergic. I can wear polycotton but never polyester alone as my skin erups in lumps and then starts bleeding. NO USE AT ALL when the item ordered is a scarf. I paid £45 inc postage, for these four items and they were supposed to be more than £21 each at full price so almost £90 with postage. Buyer beware, these are nasty nylon and not worth the money. £2 each at most and you'll get better quality from a market stall. This was a second purchase as my first had been fantastic, but this will be my last as all trust has gone - so has my money. If I had seen these in a shop, I would not have given them time of day. The labels say COTTON BLEND but there is no cotton in the scarves at all. The printed pictures are OK but that and the clasps are all that are. My guess - and it is a guess - is that they had used up all the good fabric and resorted to using up what was left in the warehouse. This is not what was described on their online page and is totally unacceptable to me. The label cotton blend has no meaning in law and of course, since there is probably more cotton in the plastic bag than the scarf. I wanted polycotton and in one case 100% cotton as per the offer page, but no, I got nasty cheap nylon which I would not have touched with a stick - as anything else brings me out in quite literally bleeding (blood dripping) hives. If this company does not know or care about the difference between nylon and cotton then there is no hope for this planet.

Delivery was incredibly slow and arrived three weeks after ordered and well after when I needed it.
The delivery time and ordering system were fine. What I wasnt happy with was the actual quality of the fabric. It looked so beautiful in the picture but when I got the dresses, the fabric was a cheap lawn type material like I used to have in Grade 3 when we learnt how to sew a sampler. It looked as though it had much more substance in the picture. The other major problem was that I ordered my normal size but the dresses were way too small for me. The top on the other hand was fine. Go figure!

I was hoping to find how to use my $8 new shopper discount but couldnt find how to use it. Doesnt matter
Order placed 12/6/20 for two items, a top and earrings. The top arrived on or about 1/5/21. I still do not have the earrings as of today 1/14/21.
I place a second order with NewChic on 12/12/20 for two tops. I paid $32.44 for expedited shipping because the items were Christmas gifts. The items finally arrived on 1/13/21 almost 3 weeks after Christmas. It is apparent that NewChic has shipping problems. My wife did not care for the the two tops so I am now in the process of trying to return them for a refund. Their refund process could take a lesson or two from Amazon.com. It is doubtful that I would order from them again.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
