I've ordered from NewChic before so I've known that my orders would take a month to arrive. (Some came earlier but the last item arrived after a month from ordered date.) They were clearance so I won't complain how much I paid but the material qualities weren't good as I expected from their original prices.
I'm just utterly disturbed by the products and services, I just need my refund back!

Order was placed late, shipped late, arrived later, and tracking didn't work. Came down with COVID the day after it arrived.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
