The product I received was not the same quality as advertised. Also, a linen dress I bought previously tore in so many places when i put it on the first time, I have never worn it and paid so much money for it. Also, a dress that showed as a white dress as advertised, came as a extreme off-white colour, and remain as such even after several washes.

Very Low "Quality of Materials" in products. Adequate assembly/construction of products however. Expectations were way higher, and was let down by how the sweaters and coats material being low quality.

I have made a few different purchases from Newchic. Sometimes, I'll get an item that looks similar to what I expected, but usually the sizing is incredibly unpredictable, their customer service is a joke, and the items I get are very low quality (no matter their price). On Dec 2nd I placed an order (they split my order due to the warehouses), received a sweatshirt, shoes, and a shirt in the first wave. Sweatshirt was cute, and mostly what I expected. Shoes were already damaged, shirt was an XL (I'm usually a MD/LG), wayyyyyy to small for me. Whatever, I let it go. Got the second package, which was the correct shirt in the wrong color. Horrible quality, ugly shirt. Looked nothing like the pictures. Customer service apologized for the color being wrong and issued a refund for half of what I paid. The third, and final package that was supposed to ship out never did. Contacted customer service Dec 28th to ask about it, they said the jacket was out of stock. Annoying, but they said I could exchange it, so I picked a different one, they confirmed, and then I waited. Contacted them Jan 18th to check for an update, they told me my REPLACEMENT ITEM WAS SOLD OUT AND ASKED IF I WANTED TO EXCHANGE IT. I said no, I'd like a refund. Got an email saying my order was canceled, but so far I have still not received a refund. They won't tell you when your item is out of stock, nothing is ever their fault, and it's impossible to get a straight answer out of customer service. Deleted the app, and I'm never getting sucked in again.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
