The shoes I ordered only came in whole sizes so I ordered the next size up. They're a little too big. I would have exchanged for a smaller size, but shipping was too dear. They did give me a refund on the shipping which was appreciated. I will use gel inserts or another type to fill in the extra room.
These bamboo pants are so comfortable. My mom wore hers every day for a week! They are true to size too.

From my last Order some Parts are`nt sended yet.It`s not bad, if it`s coming then.One month for delivering is much but China is far away. For the Prices of the Items i must look a lot, because it changes every Day up or down. What i don`t understand is that you are writing: from 69 or 84 EURO the Delivery is for free(or not?!)and after ordering i have to pay more than 30 Euro for sending to Germany.

I read the size charts and placed an order for 9 items and then had to returned 7.
I ordered the same size for all garments yet one collared shirt was at least 2 sizes too small and another tshirt was at least 2 sizes too big. One shirt was just not suitable and the others were a bit tight, at least one size too small. Maybe advertise the items on various size models(?) Even though instructions were provided on returning purchases, it is not that easy. I am unable to find the returns button on your home page but I have been in communication with your customer service department to alleviate the issue.
Hopefully the issue will be resolved within the require time frame.
All items were tried on and returned to their ‘bags' within a matter of 30mins ready to be returned.

Paying $13 for "expedited shipping" on an in stock item that takes 3 to 4 weeks to get to the destination is unacceptable. Especially for a gift. I see from research after my purchase that I am not the only customer to experience this. The completely inoperable "24/7 live chat" is a joke to make this look like a responsive company. This was my first and will be my last purchase from NewChic. Buyers Beware!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
