I ordered a scarf quite a while ago and have had no communication from you. Not sure you got my order, if the parcel is on the way or if I stepped into a scam.
I have now purchased 3 different linen "mini-dresses" (I wear them as tunics.) The sizing measurements listed on the site are very helpful and enabled me to order the correct size. The clothing comes directly from China - but each time my order has arrived within 2 weeks. Reasonable prices, really cute clothes, fast shipping. I will probably purchase from them again - just being careful about what I order since returning something to China is a bit difficult. And I am hoping that the clothing is entrepreneurial and not sweatshop.
I would never buy from this company again. The products were poorly made and the sizes were not correct and when I asked them to cancel the order since they could not complete the order they went ahead and sent it anyway without the item they didn't have. The two items don't fit correctly and they think I should pay shipping for both back to them and the shipping for them sending me this package that I asked them to cancel. I would never do business with them again and I will be sure that others know of my experience.

I ordered blue denim shoes and found when they arrived that their size 38 is a little large for my size 7 feet, after I left the review I received an immediate response from Carry. I do expect that when I'm waiting for a shipment from China that it will take at least a month to 6 weeks to arrive. I love the shoes and their quality and the fact that they responded to my review right away. I have dealt with them before and have always received my orders. I will not hesitate to order again.
I sent back my shoes bcause they were too small.it cost me more to send it back. I then used their return address and they told me it doesn't exist. I used a return address, still never got shoes back. Now they will only send me half a refund. I out of almost50.00. B carefulthey r n another country where these products r being shipped from. Rip offs.

After a six week wait I never received my order. I contacted NewChic via e-mail and requested a refund. My PayPal Account was credited the full purchase price within two day. That is outstanding customer service!
I ordered mens yoga pants 4 different times and only 1 package didn't arrive, but when I sent them an e mail, they took care of it right away.
And the Pants are fantastic. The best pants I had every purchased anywhere.
I ordered men's yoga pants. After 6 weeks they sent a woman's sweater, blouse, and small slippers. They just offered to let me keep these useless items and refund HALF my money. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

I ordered a pair of the little floral moccasin type shoes in pink. I had done my research and knew this was a Chinese company so I fully expected to have issues. For that reason, I paid with PayPal so that if I didn't receive my order I would have recourse through them. My order took about three weeks to arrive, which was about what I expected. The shoes are super cute, just like the picture and are pretty darned comfortable. I wore them to the state Fair where I was on my feet for six hours straight and handled it as good as could be expected, plus looked really cute at the same time. My only issue is the sizing. I am always, always a size 8, but these shoes are just a bit short. My big toe goes all the way to the end. Since they don't offer half sizes, I would still go with an 8 because I'm sure a 9 would be too big. I seriously like these shoes enough that I bought a new pink shirt to wear with them. Keep your expectations reasonable and pay with PayPal and you should be fine.

This scam company will send inferior/damaged merchandise that does not correspond to its pictures, then first ignore your customer service queries, then will demand more and more documentation of your purchase, then will offer a reduced amount of the return price rather than returning full value as per their stated policy. You will then be required to return the merchandise via tracked parcel post to China at your own cost, after which they will ask you for more information before refunding (like a scanned copy of your tracking receipt). It's likely that they will not issue a refund until you threaten legal action. This was my 3 month long experience dealing with New Chic. Don't let it be yours.

I ordered a handbag on the 5th September and it finally arrived yesterday on 6th October. It took me two weeks to get hold of customer service to start with. When I did get a reply I was told to be patient and wait another week etc. I then requested a refund. The bag is not suitable and I would have to return it to China at cost to me and no doubt wait another 4 weeks. For the refund. I have decided to give it as a gift now but will never be using this company again. Totally unacceptable. I rated service as 1 but would prefer to give a Zero if it were possible

It's a shame that the dress i ordered took so long, as when it did arrive, i was very pleased with it, very good quality for the price, a little too big as i wasn't sure of the sizes, but it won't be a problem to take it in and i'll know next time. Very good customer care service, they sent me a tracking number, but it did take a month to get here, so you don't have to order anything in a hurry!
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
