GlassesUSA so far has been the best in getting my progressive prescription correct.
I would never buy from this company again. The products were poorly made and the sizes were not correct and when I asked them to cancel the order since they could not complete the order they went ahead and sent it anyway without the item they didn't have. The two items don't fit correctly and they think I should pay shipping for both back to them and the shipping for them sending me this package that I asked them to cancel. I would never do business with them again and I will be sure that others know of my experience.
I have done this many times but I just did it again. I will continue to file complaints until I have received my money back.

My money has not been returned. I have spoken to Chase bank many times now. They are claiming that YOU are refusing to allow the refund. You are saying that the seller never got the return even though I paid $407.00 to do the return which is what DHgate told me to do. I have sent proof many times now that I did indeed return it.

We checked your order here and we can see that you have filed a credit card charge back. In this case, it will be your bank who handed the dispute. We can also see here that this has already been canceled and the refund was already completed on our system since 2016-06-27 16:23.
