Yeah, NewChic is in China, but I got my order in TEN DAYS. The shoes are really cute, and a good bargain. They're unlined leather, so they'll stretch, which is fine. They're a little snug right now, otherwise just fine and just as cute as the pictures. A weekend kind of shoe for a fifty-something like me, who works in an office.

I ordered two items, received one quickly, never received the second one. Live chat gave me three different shipping dates, it was obvious they never shipped. I filed a claim with PayPal, they refunded the entire charge. I would not recommend this company, they are crooks.

I had never heard of Newchic, but saw an ad for a pair of shoes online. What caught my eye immediately was the bottom of the shoes! They had big bubble cushions. I am a teacher who is on my feet all day. I also have issues with my feet and they always kill me at the end of the day. The shoe was cute ( I ordered red), price was great, so I ordered a pair. I love them! My feet felt better right away! I noticed a big difference! I am going to buy another pair. Love!
Bought several items to make a valid assessment of NewChic.com that is popping up all over Social Media. First the positives the fabric is better than other low end web clothing stores and the shoes were made with nice soles. The colors were exactly as they appeared on the website. But nothing comes with sizes on any item including shoes which makes recycling difficult for those who like me recycle my clothing. The NEGATIVE: they sent any size they had of item I ordered. So the shoes were a nine I wear an 11 I ordered an 11. The dress I ordered a 1x because I wanted a baggy look they sent a 5x. (As a seamstress you can measure to determine sizes.). So I altered the clothing and gave the shoes to a friend. At her office someone said "hey I saw those shoes how are they?" She told them, "super comfortable" but the story of how by not putting the sizes on the items no quality control is applied before items ship. Also no return info was in any of the packages, and I received 3. Couldn't find teturn info on website. So I would not recommend this to anyone who can't alter clothing. And keeping children's clothing for next child will take marking them with the size.

I wish there was an option of no stars. I made an order, paid with my credit card by clicking the "I do not have a paypal account", only to find out that these idiots cancelled my order without notifying me because I did not place the order via PayPal.
When I found out that the order was cancelled, I went on their chat and spoke to one of their reps who INSISTED on me registering with PayPal.
The worst part, and according to that rep, they will credit my account in 48-72 hours after the order was cancelled.

I was very happy with the product but it took almost 30 Days to receive.
Following delivery of a mis-matched pair of casual shoes, I contacted NewChic and with minimal fuss I was sent a replacement pair. Great customer service.

I ordered three pair of boots, same style, different colors. I could not be more pleased with the product and the service I received. I highly recommend them!
My boots finally arrived. They were about 2 weeks over due the initial expected arrival date, but I was kept informed that there was a delay and to expect them to be about 2 weeks late. When they arrived and I tried them on, oh wow, how comfy and easy to put on, that I wished I had ordered another colour at the same time. I suffer with a bad back and can't bend down as easy to put shoes and boots on, but these just slip on.
I have no complaints about this site. So there was a delay in getting my boots, so what, their communication in letting me know was great, and just goes to show, their are lots of people out there with great taste ordering the same boots as myself ;)

I ordered a bag (as seen on face book) the bag i ordered was £18 it took ages to get to me and when i tried to contact newchic all their customer service links were duff! It eventually came and it was te wrong colour but it was light weight (as stated) so overlooked the error. I bought the bag because of it being lightweight and water proof so imagine my dissapointment wen my bag turned out be as waterproof as my kitchen sieve! And all my stuff inside (phone, diary and charger cables all had to be dried out) a seriously expensive waste of time very VERY angry

I recently got shoes from newchic. They took a while to come but when I e-mailed about it I was answered promptly. They traced my order and even offered a refund but I received them that day. I am very happy with my new shoes and the service I received!
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
