I ordered a Safari jacket from them, and when the confirmation invoice arrived, it had a slightly incorrect address. I immediately advised them. Their response was to blame me, and offer a refund less shipping costs which I was to pay. They refused to accept that the post code in U. K. Governs the address, and that I must have given them the wrong address. Still fighting them 3 weeks after making the order. Never order anything from this company

I ordered some watches nearly a month ago. I got billed immediately but when the items did not arrive I went on line to find out their status. The tracker said they had been delivered but when I objected the customer rep told me they had gone to someone in Virginia -- not me; I live in CA -- and then said, "Well, they were en route but I had opted for slow delivery so it woudl be a while." It's now been a month so unless they are on a slow boat from China, I have no idea where they are. REALLY DISSATISFIED. The items look good, and are very reasonable. But apparently they never arrive. I told my credit card company and will not pay unless and until they do arrive. So beware and look elsewhere.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. I followed the site for a few weeks, as they did not ship. I called customer service- and held over 30 min., so tried live chat-also about a 30 min wait. But, once they came on line they explained 2 pairs were out of stock. I asked them to ship the other two pairs- and they did, and I received a very prompt credit for the two that did not. The quality of the shoes is actually good. The sizing chart seems to be about 2 sizes too small to American sizing. I ordered a 9- for someone that fits 8 half- she cannot fit them. I ordered an 11 for my daughter-no way could she get her foot into it, BUT the 8 1/2 fit into the 11 perfectly.

Love my purchase and will purchase again, took a little time for it to arrive but I'm in Canada and it was worth the wait.
It did take a long time to receive my order about 6 1/2 weeks. When I received it I was totally satisfied with my order the fit and workmanship is fine. Like the colours. When I texted to find out about my order received an answer the next day. My parcel showed up the following day.
I do acrylic nails, i ordered a huge kit a month ago! UPS says the tracking number is invalid and i havent heard the first word about my order! I recently recieve an email where they wanted me to do a survey! Of course i all but said it was horrible! Terrible customer service! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! I have asked for a refund 4 times and havent gotten an email other than the "survey"! I want my damn money back!

I placed an order on January 29th and STILL have not received it! On original order delivery was "guaranteed" within 14 days. Then the web site stated that all orders were delayed because of the Chinese new year! I still have not received anything and am now going to contact my credit card company to reverse payment

I am at the review on newchic orders and it seems as though there are hundreds of people who are as angry as I am. I finally received my order over 2 months after I ordered it -had a chat several times before order came -then finally Order#******* was delivered and a week later had an email from you saying if I would send my address yet again (had done so twice) you would try to find it. I ordered two sleep bras and as in the reviews on them I ordered a XXL because everyone said they ran very small. I usually wear L but as a sleep bra I thought larger would be better. When they finally did arrive I could not even begin to get them on -they were tiny-measuring 30 inches in diameter! I have already asked my credit card company to refund my money and I sent an email over a week ago saying I would return this merchandise if you sent me the information and paid for the return. This is unbelieveable how difficult it has been to try to contact your company and I can assure you that unless this is solved soon I will go on every site to write a bad review on your company----I have never done that before but I am extremely angry.

This i absolutely unacceptable! I have placed my order on January 11th, it is February 14th now and I still haven't received my order. My husband bought this item for me for Valentine's Day. It should of taken between 7-20 working days to get to us but he ordered it on 2/2 and it arrived on 13/2. Perfect timing! I have had great service and contact with th company throughout. I ordered the large bag but I think I would have ordered the small had I realised it was so big. (and this is my fault as the sizes are in the product description). I am, however, delighted with my bag and cannot wait to use it today. Happy Valentine's Day to you all.
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
