I ordered shoes (a size larger than usual using their charts) and they were still too small. I contacted them, they would resend me a larger pair for a few more dollars, which I agreed to do. But they couldn't figure out how to bill me for the "few dollars more" and after 8 attempts to cooperate with them, they no longer respond to my email contacts, I out my money and have a pair of shoes that's way too small. Crazy!
These shoes are literally the worst looking and most poorly made shoes I have ever bought. They are covered in loose threads, and arrived squashed out of shape because they sent them from China in a BAG! I immediately asked for a refund and they eventually replied that I should use scissors to cut the loose threads off. I have demanded a full refund and they are now ignoring my emails.
As I only paid £25 for them it is not the end of the earth, but I should have known better than to buy shoes online, and of course if I'd read some of the other reviews I would never have done it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THE PRODUCT STINKS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS MORE.

The bags are as described. I am satisfied with the order. Postage was fine. In general the whole order went well.
STAY AWAY... This company is horrible. I bought shoes that were so flimsy and wanted to return them. The 3 pairs cost me about $80.00 to buy. They said I had to pay the postage to ship them back because the shoes were not damaged. So for me to ship them back to China would have cost me almost $70.00... The company did nothing and I am now stuck with 3 pair of shoes that I have no use for... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I should have researched better! A number of items are backordered but I have no idea for how long. THey took payment for all items even the backordered items! Unethical! Even during ordering process never mentioned backordered items. Maybe I'd like to cancel instead of waiting, but no info is offered. And the items that say that were shipped--no tracking number and no reply when I contacted them!

I have literally emailed the site mutiple times asking about my package and when it will come in. No response.
I ordered two bras and they were two small. They offered to send me two bras in a larger size and I could keep the first two still.
I ordered a pair of shoes only to find out AFTER I completed the order that they are back ordered. I would not have ordered had I known that They immediately took the funds from my account even though they actually had no product to sell me and did not let me know ahead of time. A reputable company DOES NOT charge your card until the goods have shipped. I sent an email asking them to cancel my order on a Saturday and I received a prompt response Monday morning that they would cancel my order and process a refund. It is now a week later and I do not have my refund.

When I received my bras some questions in my mind about sizing. When I contacted Beatrice in customer service, I was blown away with her response. Offering to exchange my items for larger sizes and not asking me to send the original order back. Her suggestion was to pass the smaller sizes to family and friends as gifts or donate to a homeless shelter. Not sure why this response but a unique suggestion for a business.
In more credible online shopping sites, you'll immediately know if a product you're interested in is already out of stock. So you won't bother ordering. This ain't true for NewChic! You are already anxious in the waiting, and just to be told that orders are cancelled because they are out of stock. Not good.

I prepared an order for three items but after reading reviews of too small sizes, bad customer service and no delivery, I have changed my mind. I assume this is a Chinese site and all five times I have ordered goods from a Chinese site - I had to return because the products are fake, bad quality or something totally different to what I ordered. So this order will not be activated. You guys just need to lift your game and stop scamming people.

Ordered from Canada on Feb 1st 2017 and still has not arrived over a month later. I have tracked the package and it has been in Canada for quite some time. I got in touch with Newchic who told me to get in touch with my local post office. I live downtown Toronto and have several post offices in my locality. I explained this but Newchic said that because I didn't pay extra for tracking (I paid $15 standard shipping), there is no way to find it.

My order of two bras arrived in just over two week. Im in Australia. Although they look nice (for the price). They are too small. I should have known better than to try and guess how much bigger I needed to go up in size to allow for the difference. Not really worth the trouble to send back. Some one shopping at my local charity store will love them. Think I'll buy from this company again but not clothes, sizes are to hard to judge.

I ordered some other dresses and they where excellent.
Ordered 2 bras and the fit is horrible. I would return them but I can only imagine what it must cost to ship them back at my own expense. Guess I will chalk this up to lesson learned and be more careful next time. I just hate that I'm out nearly $28.00.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration.
