I was on the site placing an order, when up came a pop up offering 15%discount if I keep shopping. So I ordered a small item additional. The site split my order into two orders, the 15%came off the small item and not the larger ones. I was charged shipping for two orders, not one. And, today... I get yet an additional duplicate order-that I had not placed. Trying to communicate with Customer Relations takes days to get a response, never the same person twice, and only by email. They do not seem to read the complaint issue as they respond with off the wall answers. The quality of the items is fine. The process seems to be problem.

Sorry for the trouble. We will improve our customer service. For the out-of-stock items, we have marked the words like "Expected restock on 8th December 2016" or "Usually dispatched in 10-15 business days" on the product page. Please pay more attention to it.
