They do not tell you if the item you have ordered is no more in stock; instead, they send you whatever similar item they have in hand. Later on, if you claim for a change or refund, they just keep exchanging messages with you asking for a proof, like pictures or so, showing you have purchase the item form them, until you get tired of claiming.
They are totally dishonest people. Keep away form them...

THEY TREAT THEIR SHOES WITH SMELLY CHEMICALS THAT MADE ME VIOLENTLY ILL FOR 3 DAYS. THE 3 PAIRS ARE ALL DIFFERENT SIZES EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED A 10M ON ALL OF THEM. I ordrered an extra large shirt since it says they run small, the shirt is an XL but it is tiny and not even close to the right size. Most of the timenInwear a large or maybe XL, I am 6'1" 195 lbs and i would doubt this thing would fit a 120 lb 12yr old. When i mad econtact i was told i had to pay to ship it back. I just donated it to charity, stay away from these people they think they can get away with this lousy quality and poor service.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on Nov 3, and received an acknowledgement right away, telling me that they were back ordered. Then I read the reviews, a lot very negative! And I thought OH, OH - goodbye $42. Tried to send a couple of emails, but they didnt go through to the address posted. Shoes arrived today, 20 days later and they were just as pictured. What a surprise. Note to Newchic - better communication and a valid email address would be helpful. I domt Know if I would order again. Too much angst.
Ordered boots. Description said they were leather clearly they are not. And they smell. Horrible people on the chat line. Want to return but shipping cost to China is outrageous and its not my fault they smell like paint. I thought this was a UK company. Please beware. I ordered two caps as part of Xmas present on 24th Oct and after a few weeks got an email to say they were out of stock and I could wait another couple of weeks or get a refund. I chose to wait. It is now 24th November which is a month after I placed the order and I have now been informed that one cap will be delivered and the other is cancelled and they have refunded £5.96 which was the unit price and yet I have been charged a total of £16.22 so you would think I would be due £8.11 which is half of what I paid out. I will not be buying from Newchic again.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
