Like all first time customer of an online website from Asian country I was a little apprehensive and unsure. I ordered 8 cushion covers and several small products. The order were split into 2 by NewChic, the first batch arrived without any trouble within 2 weeks (& yes, the cushion covers were great looking & value for money!), but the second batch (which were just some small brushes) did not arrive. Took me awhile to get the live chat online (perhaps due to time-zone difference?), but once I was able to get through to chat to a customer service officer (it took awhile to connect from NZ), the service was just great. Not only could I print off the chat transcript I even received an email from the customer service directly, showing me the exact delivery tracking info every step of the way. The order was apparently sent off from the co. More than 2 weeks ago. Well, knowing NZ's postal standard (& even my experience of NZ's courier service which was crap) I waited patiently for another week. The lo and behold, the 2nd package arrived! Happy customer, despite the delay in delivery. I will certainly shop again. Products are at very competitive prices, and even with delivery charges thrown in, they are still value for money compared to the daylight robbery of the stores here in NZ.
The first time I ordered from NewChic, the product didn't fit, so I returned it. The company NEVER gave my money back.
Then, I was stupid enough to try again. I ordered October 5, and after many emails asking where my order was, I received it on December 4.
After the company said they sent my order and I could track it, I tried several times to track it, but the tracking they put on the order didn't work. When I asked them if they would track it, they replied that I could just do it. Well, I couldn't.
I will never order from NewChic again.

I odered a pair of walking trousers that were great value for money. When they arrived I was very pleased with the comfort and the fit. After a few wears the zip on the pocket came apart and I immediately contacted the company and sent photos of the broken zip. They got back to me by return and politely made me an offer. We settled on a new pair being immediately dispatched. They were sent the same day. I would definately deal with this company again. My problem was dealt with promptly and with respect. Many UK companies could; earn from this service.
I received the item fast and as described all to my satisfactory!

So I ordered some slime (FOR $20) and I was expecting it to be a normal delivery, BUT NOPE! Every day, I would check and it will say "in transit" and like 22 days later it arrives. And when it arrived it said someone else's name on it so we thought it was for someone else, and put the keys back, then we found out it was for us and we couldn't do anything! Thankfully we are getting the keys back, but still, it shouldn't say someone else's name on it! What are people gonna do?

I was really impressed with NewChic's customer service. My package took a few more days than expected to arrive... which was really unfortunate because I had to leave the country just days before the delivery... but NewChic were really apologetic and redelivered my package for free. It was a long wait, since it had to be sent back before being redelivered... but it was worth it! The team was really nice and helpful and I love my purchase. My only concern was that the standard of English was a little below what I would expect from a company that ships worldwide. But overall I am very happy!
Please do not buy from this company. Read the terms and conditions as once the order is despatched it is then yours and if it goes missing its down to you with no recourse. The delivery time is not what is published. I ordered just a cap and it has been over a month now and still no delivery. If you do want to chance an order use PayPal you can make a claim and possible get your money back. Worst company ever on the internet.

I would never buy anything from new chic the return of product is impossible, they tell you 7 days to return. Went to ups and the cost of returning an eighty-seven dollar purchase would cost twohundred-fityseven dollars to return so I am stuck with a product that is poor quality and over priced. All the items I bought were 'in stock'. Waiting two weeks, the order receipt was processed, claiming items were on back order. Then, 2 weeks later, I received email from Customer Service saying my order was shipped November 14th. Now it's November 29th and I talk to their 'Live Chat' about the tracking number for the USA. They gave me the Chinese shipping company info, who received the packages on November 25th and the packages have not left the shipment depot since. I'm afraid the order I receive will be just as disappointing as their service.
So, don't expect to receive your goods for 2 months, at the earliest.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration.
