3 weeks from ordering and its still in china. Customer service say i'll get in 3 days a month after i ordered. Terrible!

If you can't receive the item in the estimated delivery time, it may be delayed because of customs clearance, holidays or bad weather. These situations are out of our control.
We usually have a buffer period for orders that are taking longer than normal, often we can’t get accurate information from non tracked orders and even traced orders can be slow to update. We find most packages arrive during this buffer period.
