My order was shipped out on 9/20/2015, and I'm still waiting for my order. Something is really wrong with this picture. It doesn't take over 2 months to receive a shipped order. I seriously thinking about going to the next step. They also got my money in September.
Do not order from this company. This Chinese company is not reliable. I ordered and paid for an item last Nov 2016. It never arrived. The confirmation email originally said the shipping would take up to 3 weeks. So I didn't worry about it for a while, but after a month and it still didn't arrive it, so I contacted the company by filing several reports online. No responses! It has been almost two months since they took my money.

I ordered my stuff 2 months ago and I'm still waiting on half of the items I got. All of the clothing fits way to small even when I went up 2 sizes. I cannot return or get a refund! This site is a bull $#*!. I've been in contact with customer service and they don't do $#*!!
Even though I got my package in about two weeks, the outcome was nothing how I thought it would be. I was expecting a sexy beautiful blue dress. I opened my package extremely excited, only to see it's pretty much a long shirt with a random straps everywhere, no figure to it at all, and the material is so cheap. I'm a very small girl, I know my sizing with everything, however it seems like Nasty Dress doesn't understand the difference between a small and a large. Very disappointed. I'll be taking it to the tailor, hoping my lady can do something with it.
Hi all, just placed my first order, although i read the reviews, order was placed via paypal so if no show I can automatically get a refund. Pay Pal with deal directly with the business. I will await eagerly as there are some lovely items on this site... If I dont receive anything within the time limit I will ask paypal for a full refund and will review here again... I did not see this site until know. I ordered a dress on Nov 2,2015 I see it shipped 3 days later. I need that dress for a party at the end of the month. I'm so upset right now with the reviews I've read. I should have known better when I didn't see a customer service phone number to call. I will say this. If they use my personal banking information on anything but the dress I've ordered HELL is going to break loose. I want my dress and it better be here by Friday. This is simply sad to me. I just ordered 3 dresses and a bikini. I'm kind of nervous seeing all these reviews but I'm hoping for the best. I paid to have it between 3 to 7 days so lets see if my Christmas gifts will be on time. I hope to prove all the negative reviews wrong because their stuff looks super cute. I plan on writing a follow up review.
DO not order anything from them. The sizes were ridiculous, not even close to what they said they would be. Material was cheap, refund is a waste of time, cause shipping it back is far to expensive. Although their customer service was fine, it was $#*!ty products and just way to risky. Dont Bother

This is the worst customer service ever! They do not read what you are asking and constantly give you the same answer that does not meet your needs. They have no way to reach them other than online because the phone number provided only says no one is available you need to call back and hangs up on you. I think because of their lack of forth coming they display other peoples products versus their own.

I have a lot of experience with wig, I will say first off. But this time around, I am in need of a wog or two because I will be having carpal tunnel syndrome surgery. So, I was going for a natural look. I purchased two wigs for dirt-cheap prices. Both arrived within ten days and are just fine. I would say they are EXCELLENT for the price paid. Of course they will need to be styled on a wig stand, but I know how to do this so it's no problem. These wigs are actually better than ones I have purchased for twice the price in the past from companies that deal solely in wigs. My guess is that Nastydress is selling closeouts from various companies, as each style of wig on sale there generally comes in one color only-- very unusual. So, there's not too much of a choice on the site. But if you know what you're looking for, you'll be fine.
If I could give them a zero, I would. I placed an order September 22, I just received it today November 2. After I filed a dispute & requested my money back. Item had no tag inside, for size. Material paper thin, item cheaply made. My daughter is 5'5,126 lbs, A cup. I ordered a large, item appears to fit like an extra small/small. My daughter is very disappointed. I have put in another dispute, I want my money back. PayPal should no longer allow this company/man to do business through them.

This website is a SCAM! Do not buy anything. They charged my credit card and when I received an email with my order confirmation, the money went to "Hassan" not nasty dress. I never received a tracking number or any other communication from the site. I called the phone number on the website which does not accept calls and then emailed the customer service email from their website which is invalid. I would give zero stars but I had to choose something to get this posted.
I'm trying to get a refund for what I was charged, but there is no one you can contact at nasty dress. I've filed a complaint with Paypal since that is the only way you can purchase from their site.
Absolute WORST customer service ever. I placed an order in mid-September and it still hasn't arrived. Their website says it will take 8-15 business days to arrive. After 15 business days, I contacted the site and was told to wait 45 business days. Are they insane!? I disputed through PayPal and eventually got my money back.

I bought a dress for a wedding from the nasty dress site. What they sent me has stains all over it and the lace is peeling. I have requested a refund 3 times, which is completely acceptable from the return policy and they keep closing my ticket without taking it back! Such a waste of money and terrible customer service. If you want quality go somewhere else.
Customer service is so poor if you can even find a way to get in touch... tried to reset password with no joy... site then tells you to contact customer support but you need to log on to raise a ticket. Err no password?... ordered item 3 weeks ago and payment taken but still no item. Apparently not in stock but no mention of this when order was placed. You have been warned,, nice looking web site and that's the catch to make you think this is a decent set up..

They sent me a shipping confirmation with the picture of a package sitting on the scale, so it makes you believe that it is your package right there, getting ready to deliver. Well upon zooming in on the pic, I see the date on the package is months prior to when I even placed my order. I ordered Nov. 5th and am not surprised I haven't received it yet, but IF I do receive it, I am expecting low-quality, wrong-sized clothing, based on these reviews.
