I placed an order on 12/08/2014 12:17:03 PM for a jacket and 2 rings. I paid for this order via PayPal. Here we are almost a year later and I have no $#*!ing items in my possession! I have sent numerous "tickets" over the past twelve months to which I have received not one response. They had no problem taking my money the same day I placed the order (imagine that)! Yet apparently it is beyond their ability to respond to a customers inquiry at any point in a twelve month period of time! Bravo Nasty Dress! Thumbs up for your lack of customer service and piss poor morals and ethics! Stay away from this company and their scandalous business practices!

How do I begin! After waiting 2 months to receive the product and constant complaints to the company and to PayPal. I open the package and see pieces of material half sewn with threads hanging out everywhere, some seams not even completely attached. The material was the same material used to make a tent with... or the flags you put on your car to show support for your favorite team. My daughter said 'mama don't order anything from a company like that, they probably have 10 yr olds sewing those ' OMG I almost cried thinking that that could be the case. PLEASE don't support this company... how dare you insult me by not being proud of your product and sending out this trash.

Its been over a month, and I have not received order. They won't reissue refund or acknowledge that the item has either been lost or not mailed at all. I even paid for insurance, which is a joke, and just as phony as the tracking confirmation which cannot be tracked on any chinese post tracking site, which according to them was mailed via china post. I have initiated a refund on paypal, and they still want to dispute the fact by asking me to wait 45 days for my items. They know full well I will never receive it because they never sent it. Stay away! Worst site ever, and I have ordered from various chinese web sites before without problems.

The items are priced cheap for a reason. They are cheaply made, as in thin fabric and too small, not correct sizing. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. It takes forever to get your order because it is obviously coming from the slums of the sweat shops industry! I'm going to attempt to ask for a refund and send my items back! The pictures are the best quality, not at all representing what you get! Plus an item was missing!

I've ordered a few items from this place, and every time I'm let down more than the last. I should've learned from my mistake so it's really my fault. My last purchase was nice long sweater. Not only did it take 2 extra months to arrive, they must have put it in the dryer on high for those 2 months because the thing barely goes down to my waist. What a waist of time and money and unwanted stress. I can't even return it! Please don't be smitten with these "deals". It's not worth it. I will never order anything from these people again. Where to start. 1. Everything is not as it appears on site 2. After purchase you are informed that you will have to pay additional amounts of customs charges 3. Amount charged is not what was agreed 4. Estimated shipping time was two weeks... they shipped 3 out of 7 items and then I had to open a ticket and question what happened to the rest to which their response was it will be ready to ship in about a month to six weeks after the quality control inspection. 5. Requested a refund to which they say they processed on Dec 17th, 2015 and stated to allow 7-25 working days and anything beyond that is up to my bank... bs! It has been two months and I have still not received a dime... My bank has no knowledge of anything being presented... 6. Opening tickets does no good... same scripted response every time... Don't Do It!

I am totally frustrated! Orders don't come, contact customer service can't provide any information. One small part of the order finally came and it is pure trash. Pictures do not match the product. And overall cost and trouble make this lousy product very expensive. I am still waiting and tried to cancel the rest of my order. I should have checked reviews first I will never never order without reviewing a company again. This is made my online ordering experience disappointing and painful. Two words of advice... Don't buy!

Not as described, one of five ordered. All the same level of completely poor quality. Same 'nasty' quality of nylon, tacky fabric. I complained to customer services, who asked me to send back all the goods at my own expense, with the promise of reimbursement. I did some months ago. Still not yet got my money back.

Beautiful outfit! Arrived within 3 weeks after purchase. Comes as two pieces, and fits a little tight as with the other items ordered. ORDER A SIZE OR TWO UP, as expected with any company overseas. I've read a lot of reviews complaining about the material and fit of the items ordered... what are you expecting for outfits in and around $20?! I found the quality standard for clothing in this price range. I ordered some items and was told were no longer available after I purchased them. A refund was promptly credited back my account upon request! Very pleased overall and about to place a second order with this company!
I ordered a dress 3 months ago and never received it. I should have known something was up from their very low prices for such nice pieces. All they do is pick off pictures from the internet and post them on their site as they own. They're fake, a scam, and will be reporting them to the better business bureau to get this scam site SHUT DOWN. I placed an order for three items well over two weeks ago, and paid extra to receive them in 3-7 business days.
I have been in contact with the "customer service" department via email, and although they claim to have finally processed and shipped my order (supposedly on 6/25/2015), the tracking number they gave me shows that only a label was created and nothing has actually been shipped...
I have ordered a wrong size of boots before Christmas for my daughter and since then has been a like a soap opera trying to return the flipping boots
