Being an online shopper for many years, I was confronted with the situation where Amazon was not sending certain goods to my place in the United Arab Emirates. I discovered MyUS during an internet search. Nowadays I ship all my Amazon orders to MyUS address and then have them grouped and send to me at my convenient time. I am also using their concierge service when needed.

Luv, this company! Great service & follow up. Very easy sit to use. Best of all the fastest postal company out there. I'm not easily impressed but My-US really do their job to higher than normal standards i. E.: I like to amalgamate several packages to minimise international post costs to Australia, My-US do the best job of smallest package for the items with all labels & documents included just a better service, they think about what they do. I can not speak highly enough of this company plus it was a new record to NSW - Australia 4 days
It was not clear that this promotion i received did not apply to MYUS shipping orders, i placed and order to find i did not receive my shipping discount of which i made a complaint about being mislead on the conditions of the promotion, i received my discount as a good will honer by Angel for the over sight by MYUS to my shipping order bill.
Angel gave some good practical advice.
Unfortunately it wont help this time as I didn't know there was a problem until after I was notified that the package had been posted. However I will ensure her advice is implemented next time.

I have super bad experience. I have something shipped from the US via MY US in Dec. They over charged me USD25 (as late charge) because they were not able to deduct the delivery charges from my AMEX card which has been cancelled by American Express HK due to online fraud. I was not aware until I opened my mail box and have got so many payment required emails from my US. And, they fail to waive the late charges given my situation in HK and seem that they are not flexiable, not friendly to their customers. I will not use their services anymore for sure. And, I wrote some emails to them saying I am willling to settle my delivery charges for Decemeber only.
Please do not consider using their services given their poor services and inflexibility.

Yes, as noted in our terms of service, we do charge a late fee when a balance has not been paid timely. We send frequent notices so that you can contact your bank or change your form of payment and clear the balance. We did not delay your shipment in December, instead we sent it right along so that you would have your merchandise for the holidays. I hope that you can agree that we did what was best for you, April.
Worst service! I live in Australia, and it bought $80 worth of makeup from NYX! First I paid for ther service to get it shipped here, and then I got an email saying I need to choose a way for it to get here I tried choosing the standard and it wouldn't let me continue, so I looked at the other options and it just said that the express one was the cheapest so I chose that one, didn't tell me the price when I proceeded and I checked my bank account and it was $66! SAME PRICE AS THE PRODUCTS I BOUGHT PRETTY MUCH! I feel scammed. Show people the prices before you make them choose!

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
