This time Beverly was so helpful and solved my problem in minutes. however, customer service agents are always helpful. MYUS is the best solution for shopping from USA.
I asked myUS if they can ship non-prescription Refresh Plus Eyedrops overseas and specifically sent the items to their compliance department. The compliance department said yes we can ship them to your country. Then I purchased well about $100 worth of items in the order and had myUS send them overseas. Then I received through FEDEX (the shipping agent) to provide all sorts of document and doctor letters to the customs department and the fees to release are higher than the shipment themselves OR pay to have them shipped back to the USA. In the end I had to abandon the items in customs. They then said customs is NOT our responsibility - I said but your compliance division said they would ship the items. The would not pay a cent for the abandoned items nor refund the shipping costs. I had to open a credit card dispute to at least get a refund on the $40 I paid them. Stay away from this company like the plague!

I wanted to cancel my account because I was paying for a service I was not using but Kenneth Jay mentioned there was a no fee account for single use members so I switched over to it since I don't plan on using the account in the near future, but it could be convenient if I ever need it/
As someone from outside the US, to have a company as helpful and reliable as MyUS to handle all the shipping issues makes shopping online in the US a breeze.

My query was served by Pedde Jeff and sorted within minutes and perfectly got the error, so if you catch the right agent like him its great, Though the struggle for the same issue with another agent was unreal, he/she couldn't understand a simple matter and complicated the whole issue, thankfully I lost connection.

I accidentally clicked the remove package rather than remove the packaging of the package to prepare for delivery. I immediately noticed my mistake, and live chat. Beryl Grace was the agent that came on line, and she was not helpful at all. I communicated that I made a mistake, it was a minute ago that I had clicked removed the package, I asked her for help to either cancel my instructions or call up the packaging staff. All she would say was that she would only request the Package Support to relog my package for USD7. She even said that the package had already been removed from my suite and discarded, causing me to panic even more. She refused to provide any other help whatsoever, was curt. I was then basically forced into consenting to the USD7 fees to relog my package and hoped that the package was not discarded. All these was more than 25 mins. Maybe Beryl was having a bad day, but she could still be kinder. Thankfully the chat was momentarily disconnected and Darwin came on line. She COULD NOT BE MORE DIFFERENT FROM Beryl. From her 2nd response to me, I was a lot calmer. She was so helpful and kind. She immediately relog my package to my suite. She was simply amazing! She is what an agent should be. I could not be more thankful that I did get to her. I would commend and recommend her!

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
