I bought a spare battery for a Bluetooth speaker, but apparently it's not possible to ship loose batteries to Iceland. Colleen helped me to find a way to ship them to a family member in Norway, which will bring it to me next time they'll visit.

Overall positive, especially when it comes to customer support. Colleen is one of the most hepful professionals I had pleasure to deal with. Packages are being processed quickly and the documentation of each shipment meets highest standards. Also prices are very reasonable and I haven't seen cheaper DHL prices yet. Worth to mention that each shipment is priced on actual (not dimensional weight).

I upgraded me suite months ago to be able to receive postal mail through myus box. I was expecting a very important letter from the bank where it didn't show in my suite. Everyday I contacted a representative where they said they would escalate and I have to wait 24 hours to receive an email regarding my problem, and nothing happens.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
