Had problems with the app not letting me send shipping request and the problem was sorted out efficiently by Ronneran.
John Benedict greet me nicely and asking me about my problem. I get stuck to cleared my payment for the shipment. Then i trying to contact my card issuance bank to get the payment cleared. After a while I've decided to use feature "Pay your balance" on My Suite and suddenly the payment successful. Then I've asked john to check whether the payment was really cleared, after a moment john said that everything was good to go. I'm so glad that everything settle. Thank you john cause assist me since this is my first shipment.

Had an issue with a Merchant not typing out my complete address and Edrian from Customer Service quickly tracked down the package and direct it into my suite. Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
