Fast turn around of packages. Had one come in over night while asleep and be shipped to Australia before I woke up. I didn't set shipping options correctly and contacted live support to ask about a change. Excellent response time and very helpful replies from agent John Nasser. Give this guy a pay rise, he did a fantastic job. Best customer service I have received in a long time from an online service provider. I will definitely use MyUS again to get my shopping from the US to Aus.

Once again there was something wrong with my delivery. Once again myus dodging insurance... the insurance i had to pay! Cost alot more than my claim. They advertise best of care. Thats BS. The tear open every parcell to check for? Then dont re-seal them. Well ill be contacting my bank- again. And dispuiting the whole shipment cost based on SERVICE NOT AS DESCRIBED. Im sure they 'get things right sometimes. Understand ppl are happy besed on that sometimes. But my experience over about 4 shipments is frustrating and timely dispuiting bank charges. Ive not found another satisfactory company. All fraudsters/scammers as far as im concerned. Its just a risky thing to do. What a $#*! world we live in now days. Big co's just do what they want and dont give a damn. Banks, telcos, utilities. And... shipping co's too. Photo show package torn & not resealed. Ah. Cant upload pic

Cheaters and untrustworthy management, requested them to Send my package through cheapest option but they did opposite despite paying them extra to make package eligible for cheaper services, costed me 4 times of my shopping from Amazon to get it in Pakistan.
I'll never ever again use myUs.com and will advise all specially international community not to fell in their trape, otherwise you will be having zero in your credit card in the end of month!

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
