I had ordered from them in May, bought almost $200 worth of clothing, transaction went through on my credit card and everything but didn't receive an order number. Sent many emails asking about this but always went ignored. The only way they saw me or cared was when I went onto their instagram and said bad things about them on their pictures. It was the only way to get their attention! Kept telling me my order was on its way, 3 MONTHS LATER apparently my clothing had arrived but by the time it came I was moved to another country. Asked for a refund since I never received my clothing and they told me it was being processed and that it would take 10 days to be seen in my account. 1 month later and I am still waiting on a refund that I most likely will never get. THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Nothing good to say about this company.

I made a small order at first, only ordering an oversized tee, the delivery was slow but I really liked the fit of the tee even though the material wasn't such good quality. A couple of weeks later I ordered the same tee in a few different colours but in the same size and style, when I finally received them they were totally different fits and materials, way too small for an oversized tee. I contacted them and they said they were out of stock on the ones I ordered and these ones were the replacement, if I wanted a refund I would have to sent them back all the way to Australia (I live in the UK).

I ordered my products from them August 16th, and just received my order October 14th... Never should it take two months for someone to receive three articles of clothing. BUT to make it even better, everything was in the wrong size compared to my confirmation e-mail. AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE

BIG FAT SCAM

90% of these reviews say MMMI never shipped their order and that's the $#*!ing reality. I order $71 worth of cute $#*! and i doubt i'll ever receive it or get a refund.
I commented on their instagram asking about it and it was immediately deleted and followed by a DM asking me to email them about it but there is no response. I hope I end up receiving it but anyway DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM their $#*! is so so so cute and unique but you're never actually going to receive it... what a shame.

My friend purchased a sweater from this IG company for my birthday and they never sent him a confirmation email, tracking number, nothing BUT they definitely took money out and quick. They never responded to the multiple emails sent. Overpriced IG clothing from crooks.

So I've been following her for AGESS like through Instagram so I ordered a book bag Wayyy before school even started and it's still not here like what the fuuck? And I'm dming her and she doesn't even respond like and I think she gave me a fake tracking number I contacted her through dm and it says she seen my message what the $#*!? It's like she took my money and ran. I should've listened to these reviews I'm just starting high school with no $#*!ung bookbag what a stupid $#*! store, but ohhh she makes sure those famous instagrammers get their $#*! huh? :)

I ordered on August 2nd, didn't arrive for a month. I emailed numerous times, phoned and even messaged on instagram what happened to my order and didn't get a response for weeks.
When I demanded a refund they finally dispatched my clothes, however it took another month! When they finally arrived it took an extra week because they hadn't printed my address properly so my package was held in a dispatch centre hours away while they found my correct address.
It finally arrived but only had half of the items I ordered! So I emailed again and asked for the rest of my package, it was 'Dispatched' immediately to arrive in three days. It has now been two weeks. I have given up.
I also ended up finding the exact same items on some Vietnamese website for much cheaper, it turns out they just buy things cheaply from Asian brands then resell them for 4x the price.
The stuff is so nice, and I saved up a lot of money to go on a splurge there but it has given me nothing but hassle and I've spent ovr £100 on Items that didn't arrive which were intended as presents. Would not recommend.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with the online brand My Mum Made It, and I feel compelled to share my negative review to warn others about their poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. I ordered over $130 AUD of items on November 28 and I am still waiting... it is January 12th! I emailed them 3 times politely and got no reply. I direct messaged them on instagram 4 times and still no reply. I was never rude but I did express my disappointment and I was blocked! I can't even get in contact with them! I even paid extra for DHL express shipping! I finally got a tracking number mid December but it's been no help as UPS and Startrack seem to have no idea where my package is. I have called both companies 10 times and for the past 2 weeks I have been told "it's on its way to you from the depot"... which is 35 minutes from my house. I've read *******@mmmi print off addresses wrong and now I'm worried that is exactly what happened. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
When I finally get my order, if anything is wrong with my order like sizing mix up, I doubt I'll ever get a reply from them.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

I ordered from here about a month ago. The website said my order would be shipped out after 7 days. I got a kind email when I asked where my order was initially. More time went by and I did not get an email. I emailed them several times within the next couple weeks and my emails were left unanswered. I had to take the measure of contacting them on instagram in order to get their attention. She told me my order would ship within two days. It did not. I sent a complaint email and DM to their email and instagram. I think solely because I $#*!ed about it, they finally sent my order. After all of that, I received some crappy clothing. I plan to keep 2 of the 4 that I ordered (if theyll take my returns). I tried on one of the tanks and the strap immediately snapped off. The quality was horrible (the rouched cream tank) and even had raw edges on the fabric on the inside of the garment. It looked like it took all of five minutes to make and the fabric looks like a polyester table cloth. My other issue was with a plain black tank that was extremely ill fitting. The straps are extremely far apart and sit at the very edge of my armpits. The other 2 pieces are ok and I plan to keep them since this was such a hassle. This company is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They dont answer emails or send out orders on time. Their Instagram is what gets them customers and it is a false depiction of their products. They just get good photos of crappy clothing in order to keep a following. Do not expect to receive what you see on their Instagram. They do a very good job of presenting their brand and that is the only compliment I could give. However, its just not accurate. To note, the clothing doesnt even have labels that say their brand name OR come with tags. Its just straight from a warehouse in China. Spend the extra money on reliable brands with good design and quality product! The idea is there but the execution is terrible. Im going to guess the designer can design well but has no business skills whatsoever. High disorganization all around. A good waste of $100 but I learned my lesson!
