I bought the sweater that they have, looks really cute and cozy, and i bought a size L, I'm very small, so i figured this would fit me big which is what i wanted. BUT it looks so horrible and the fabric was moist? And smelly, the fit is nothing like the model and the shoulders point out, so it's not a sweater for women even though it's advertised as such, and it's so long? Not like regular oversized sweaters. And for the price it's just sad to see her get away with this cause it's obviously cheaply made

Regardless of bad reviews, I ordered not once but twice and totally regret it. My boyfriend ordered the first time. Nothing for 1.5 months, he emailed multiple times until there was a response reassuring that it would be there soon. It came a couple weeks later and the pieces were not in the size we ordered. The second order. 3 pairs of fluffy slides. After multiple emails it took 2 months to arrive and I had paid for DHL shipping. They were terribly made and an invoice was in the package from the Chinese manufacturer that stated each pair of slides is worth $5USD... I paid $39USD + tax PER PAIR. Not. Worth. It.

I ordered a swim suite about a month ago and I still haven't received anything. NO TRACKING NUMBER. Nothing at all I emailed them saying that it's been over a month and I have no information about my order. I received an email saying " please give us your tracking number and we will look into it " after I clearly said I don't have any type of information about my order. It should've take 2 months for someone to receive something they paid for. If I could go back in time i would've just saved me money. Biggest mistake ever.

This website is the lowest of the low. Truly scummy manufacturer. My boyfriend recently bought me a coat from this website for my birthday. I was really excited to get the coat because in the picture it looked fantastic—great quality, cut and overall fit. He expedited the shipping (paid like $30 USD because we live in the States) and it still didn't arrive in time. When we received it, I knew something was wrong. The coat looked NOTHING like it did in the photograph. The sizing, cut, fit, color and fabric was all completely wrong. I looked into returning it and the website says no returns unless the item is damaged. I am pretty unimpressed with this cheap scummy website trying to disguise itself as mid-level fashion. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

I ordered a pair of black sweatpants with the white stripe going down the side from these people on june 5th. I never received a tracking number so I emailed this woman and never got a response. I received these pants today, july 6th, A MONTH LATER. That's not even the bad part. These aren't even the pants I ordered. The pants that I ordered were supposed to be a thick cotton material with a "MY MUM MADE IT" tag right on the front. I received no such thing. These pants are some cheap thin chinese crap that a.) don't fit and b.) don't say or have any labels that even have anything to do with this boutique. I paid $35 for these pants. The best way to describe these is like the quality of a costume from Spirit Halloween. I'm so furious and sending them back isn't even worth it because I'd just have to pay more money for something I don't even want. Don't waste your time or money with these people.

Preordered a bag March 10th, said it would ship out march 15. A week passes, I email them asking whats up and suddenly my shipment date has been moved to april 15? A whole month later? Okay fine so I wait and now it's april 19, I'm getting radio silence from them. Terrible organization and I'm starting to think they are taking my money and running with it. DONT SET A PREORDER SHIPMENT DATE IF YOU CANT MEET THE DEADLINE.

Never received my order, proceeded to ask them about it on instagram by DMing them, and they told me to wait another two weeks. Waited for two weeks and some change and still nothing. Messaged them again and no response (and saw that they read my message). Decided to message them again but in the comments section of one of their images (assumed that would get their attention since they would want potential customers to think its a scam or bad service or anything) and instead of responding they simply blocked me. No refund, no items, no response, no accountability.

I followed them on instagram for about a year and really loved some of the things they posted and even saw famous internet people *******@indialove and others comment about things they wanted etc. So I saw something I really loved, kind of like a corset thing and decided to buy it for 50$. It has been 2 and a half months and I have received absolutely nothing, not even a confirmation email saying how long it would take or even that my order has shipped. I contacted them on instagram it was very vague as well. Luckily I did it through paypal so I am in the process of trying to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

So I ordered some glasses back at the end of February to wear to Coachella (when we still thought it was happening in April) and it is now JUNE and I JUST got them. I'm not madddd about it per say because honestly I'm not gonna wear them on a day to day basis and after Coachella was canceled I wasn't dying to receive them but like bro 4 MONTHS? If i actually needed what I had purchased I would be pissed right now. Also it ships from China apparently so I guess I get it. But ya no not really I don't get it. (The glasses are nice though I must say)

Ordered a sweatshirt on June 9th, nothing came for about a month. Emailed them multiple times and they didnt answer back until i contacted through instagram. They told me to wait 2 more weeks and guess what, still not here. This company is awful. Shipping is awful, customer service is awful, and from what im reading, products are awful too. Mymuummadeit.net is the worst online shop in the entire universe and all other parallel universes that may or may not exist. F U mymum!

Paid $25 for express shipping (not by choice, that's their only option for sales). Seller didn't process or deliver item (still hasn't). Contacted their customer service REPEATEDLY and after multiple emails was told "we'll contact our team and find out" and then never received another message. Tried contacting them multiple times only to be ignored AGAIN. Beautiful clothes, but you shouldn't have to beg customer service to give you your items and STILL not get them.

I've sent too many emails asking about my order, All of my emails are ignored.
Is that a scam or its a bad costumer service?
Am really upside about how huge is there following and in the end they are not satisfying the costumers, I wish that I reviewed MMM web before ordering am hoping in future they can fix there problem because it not a nice way to deal with there costumers, "ignoring" what a weak customer service!
