Great way to ship from Europe. The multiple delivery choice is very handy, like Amazon often does, like any serious company does in 2020. Professional service even in the hard times of COVID-19. I have used MyGermany's service for a few times before, never disappointed.
I received a package from MyGermany without an invoice. They gave it a value of more than 500EUR, it was originally purchased by 1223Euros. We have spoken to Dora (a great guy) and she fixed the problem immediately. The customer service is top notch. Mistakes can be made, but you need good customer services to problems. MyGermany shipped my package to Poland without any problem. I ordered my items to be consolidated in one box, and while the items were quite large, they still managed to do it and secure it with buble wrap. Would use them again.

I bought a stand-up paddleboard from a merchant in Germany, and used myGermany to have it imported to the United States. Since it was considered a large/bulky item, the original plan was to have it shipped by ocean freight after having a crate built for it to prevent damage. However, to my delight, it was air shipped to my door and arrived 1-2 months earlier than I originally expected it to, and in perfect condition. MyGermany is really good, if you have no access to the german market and try to buy something there. Plus, they make sure, the packet is packed properly, so no suffering under Companies, which like to use my packet as punchingball.
Fraudsters had bought in our shop and the packages should go abroad. But myGermany had stopped this. They have picked up our packages and sent them back to us.

I started using MyGermany.com after sending them e-mails on what they allow and what not, price related e-mails etc.
I've got satisfying answers and so i signed with them, i've sent my packages to them, consolidated and got 20 EUR Shipping with DHL Express for a Vape, Vaporizer and some Wraps, which was the minimum.
I paid shipping late Wednesday, the day next it was shipped and got my things by Friday.
I was not able to use an Economy line as i had items with lithium batteries in, if you're planning to order one containing lithium batteries, keep in mind that!
Their support is overall fast and i can truly recommend them, i'm sending many items to them =)

The service was excellent although I have a question. One of my packages wasn't logged into my suite, which is understandable since I accidentally left out the suite number and the shipper refused to add it when I asked.
