Please forgive in advance for writing this opinion, but unfortunately I am forced to do so, because info.mygermany.com does not provide any specific information on my case.
Namely - three weeks ago you received my package. Your customer service asked me to upload documents to Dropbox, which I did the same day. Since then, on November 5, I have been waiting for your company to check these documents and allow my parcel to be redirected to my address.
I am very sorry for that because you seemed to be pioneers when it comes to forwarding service in Germany, so I did not expect such problems with such a trivial matter as checking some screenshots and pdfs.
The cup of bitterness was shed by the fact that one of your employees (Lisa), who deals with customer service, promised me that the matter would be clarified to the maximum. November 13, which turned out to be, of course, a total lie and a false promise. I understand that I am not a unique snowflake for which you are able to give up all your work, although THREE WEEKS - and the number of days keeps growing - it seems to me to check a few screens is a disastrous result.
If someone who is responsible for employees picks up this review - please try to do something about it. I am at the moment when I am ready to get in the car and come to Weimar to explain this matter in person, and the road from Szczecin to Weimar is not long.
However, if I hear again that it's all because of a virus, and then that your employees were on vacation - and hence the delays - I assure you, dear myGermany, that I will not have to take the case to court because you are in possession of my personal data and the package with equipment I bought for my company that is worth a lot of money.
I am waiting for your reply - here or my private e-mail, which your customer service is sure to know well and this time I advise you to not ignore it.

Johanna was very responsive to my questions and my demands. There were delays due to the pandemic but I didn't mind that all since they were very hands-on with the way they handled things. I got my packages after a little over a week. Overall, it was a great experience. I'll continue to avail myself of their services.
Pros:
1. Keep follow up for my any question and requirement.
2. article delivery condition is good. Delivery cost is reasonable, good choice for the international shipment.
3. because i chosen the drop shipment, so the article was sent out very fast. Item received by Mygermany at 25th-Aug, i did the payment at 26th, the express pick up item at 27th.
4. refund the delivery cost (drop shipment with discount) and can help to return my article for free with a reasonable reason.
5. customer service with a very good attitude, special thanks for Johanna's help.
Cons:
1. Customer service reply is not very fast, normally got reply for one working day. But it's still acceptable because that Covin 19 situation is worse in the world, they already put more effort on the work.
2. system is not auto make the discount on the delivery cost, for the system need to improve, but they refund to me immediately.
So the cons is acceptable for me and i recommend this website for the international delivery from Germany.
A very competent group of people who made the whole process of buying tires for my car from Germany and shipping them over to Pakistan. In fact I used their concierge service for a nominal fee. It's like having my own personal shopper or assistant. Highly recommended.
So I decided to try using mygermany to ship my purchases beccause of the good reviews they get online, as it turns out, their positive online reviews are mostly fake or paid reviewers. They pay a lot of money for online marketers to boost up their ratings and make them look good. I sent my purchases over to them hoping they would forward them to my address as promised, but it turn out, after I had become their customer, they stop communicating and never replies to my emails, exactly like the other reviewers said. They only replied to my email before I sign up to be their customer, just to lure me in. Now I have lost thousands of dollars worth of electronic products and they are not responding to my emails for the last 1 month, just disappear. I am writing this review to warn others not to fall into the same scam like me.
Despite the delays etc (mostly Corona related) my overall experience with MyGermany was a positive one,
I was also impressed with the packaging and crating that was provided- exceptionally professional!
All at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend them to acquaintances in need of this type of service.
I am a fairly new client of MyGermany and has had 2 packages sent to Australia and so far I found that their services were satisfactory. Very straightforward registration process, with quick and easy communication with their customer service rep. I have yet to try their assisted purchase service nor their consolidated packages service although I definitely trust this parcel forwarding company especially during COVID19 season.
We have been sent more many parcels through MyGermany to Oman during the last four years.
Processing was always fast, they responded to our queries promptly, their charges were competitive and packing was excellent.

I bought a stand-up paddleboard from a merchant in Germany, and used myGermany to have it imported to the United States. Since it was considered a large/bulky item, the original plan was to have it shipped by ocean freight after having a crate built for it to prevent damage. However, to my delight, it was air shipped to my door and arrived 1-2 months earlier than I originally expected it to, and in perfect condition. Johanna communicated with me regularly through e-mail to provide me updates when I had any questions. Great experience. Thanks!
Great way to ship from Europe. The multiple delivery choice is very handy, like Amazon often does, like any serious company does in 2020. Professional service even in the hard times of COVID-19. I have used MyGermany's service for a few times before, never disappointed.

Very responsive and received my bikes from Canyon Bikes delivered to Canada as promised. Would definitely use myGermany again to get goods that are otherwise unavailable for shipment to Canada.
I am very happy I found MyGermany for my international shipping needs. The shipping costs are way below those offered by many other companies, and the drop shipment option is a bonus! Customer service is awesome, another big plus.

During COVID-19 there are some delays but that goes for all company's. Helpful customer service when you contact them. I'm Very pleased and can highly recommend them.
I really wanted an item that the original German seller would not ship to US. Desperate wanting the item, I looked for a company in Germany that would ship to US without too much of a hassle. MyGermany had good reviews and while email was a little slow (COVID19 and different time zones) the responses from their customer service gave me peace of mind that it was safe to order.
I used the concierge service so that all I had to do was give them the link, I pay and they take care of the rest for a small fee. I like that they take pictures of the item before you pay for shipping to its final destination. Shipping from the Seller to the My Germany warehouse and from My Germany warehouse to my door steps was quick. However the processing part done at the My Germany warehouse once they have your item on hand, did take over a week before they do anything to it. I'd imagine they get tons of products and have minimal staff to meet demands; therefor I understand the delay.
That said it did take a total of 3 weeks to from first Paying the item to getting it at my door steps. It arrived un-damaged to the U.S. and very happy I chose MyGermany.

Prompt handling of package shipment to the US. Johanna and her team were quite helpful when some customs issues arose with UPS -- issues that were resolved and the package arrived fine with a minor delay.

Its been third years i use they service, they have been handling hundreds of my little package from various places around germany for years. Like all, theres not always great service, sometimes it got miss communication and some problem, but they have solve this in good way (even sometimes need to send them 4-5 eMail), but they do solve the complaint perfectly.
Based on my experience they have been better a lot than first time i use they service, hope they read this keep up this good service in the future.
