These people scammed me out of $1252 on four flight tickets. I didnt find out until I was standing in the airport with our bags packed and ready to fly. They canceled my tickets without my permission 2 hours after I paid for them. They are almost impossible to get in touch with to try and resolve any kind of problem. This place is scamming people and selling peoples personal card info to other places. I've already contacted the BBB. If anyone else is having this same issue(which I know people are) please contact the Nevada State Labor Comission telephone number *******650 or http://labor.nv.gov/
And or notify your bank immediately and they can also start trying to get you money. DO NOT USE myflightsearch.com to book any of your travel needs! Everything will look legit to you at first but it's not at all. They will use your card info for extra charges or they will cancel your flight altogether and just keep your money while making empty promises to give it back or to help you reschedule another flight

This company is nothing but a scam. Trying to reach them online or by phone is all but impossible. They charged my card but never issued a ticket. Once I finally got in touch with them they tried to say the flight was canceled. I was on the airlines site and could see that it wasn't. They then wanted $150 to fix the problem they created. When I refused to pay them any more they said it would take them a minimum of 25 business days to refund my money.
Save your time and energy and pay a little more for a reputable site. These people need to be stopped.

MyFlightSearch.com booked us a flight to return home with American Airlines that was never booked with American Airlines. MyFlightSearch.com sent us the itinerary indicating it was booked with them. When we called to confirm the flight home the day before, they hung up on us. American Airlines could not help us. We had to pay for another flight to fly home at our additional expense. We called MyFlightSearch.com for 2 weeks every day trying to get a credit for that flight that did not exist. We are on hold for 30 minutes to an hour before someone would pick up, then we would get the run around and telling us someone would e-mail or call us back in 4 hours. Every day this did not happen. Finally, the last day we called, they hung up on us twice. We are now writing the Better Business Bureau. Don't know what else to do.

I bought a flight ticket and my credit card was charged for the ticket. Got to the airport and was told I had no ticket. I called multiple times with no answer. I had to buy another ticket directly through Delta. After sitting on hold for 30 plus minutes several times I finally reached "John" who finally told me I would get a refund in 7-8 days. Its been 15 days and I still do not have a refund. I have called multiple times again to no answer, you can't leave a message. I was finally able to reach someone on my 2nd day of calling and asked the status of my refund and told him I have my booking number. He told me to hold on and the phone disconnected. I am currently on hold AGAIN waiting on someone to answer and its been 11 minutes. This place is a joke and a scam. DO NOT USE THEM.

If I had read these reviews there is no way possible I would've booked with these people I booked my flight during the pandemic with it being hard to even find a flight this company showed legitimate flights which they charge you for once it's charged they wait a day to send some confirmation to let you feel secure then on the third day they went ahead cancelled the flight n took my money I've spoken with the bank and the airline and everything was done but the MYFLIGHTSEARCH is working behind the customers back cancel to cancel the flight and still keep your money after finding out all this I called I spoke with 3 agents "they all sound like 1 person" told me the airline cancelled my flight. 2nd call I can get a refund and credit for future travel, 3rd call saying there was never a ticket booked because the airline didn't Ave any flight now they are saying it was never booked they take your money on ur bank statement it say agent fee. THEY ARE SCAMMERS PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO NOT USE THEM ITS BEST TO GO TO THE AIRLINES THE MY FLIGHT SEARCH IS A FRAUD

Booked a flight for my wife to come here to the states. Payed $512 for the flight. We get told a day before that the flight gets canceled, we literally tried for 18 hours straight for the flight to get rescheduled. They kept telling us to wait 2-3 hours for the e-ticket to show up in our email. If they ever got put in a position to where they didn't want to answer or you called them out on their bull $#*! they would just hang up. Then they tried to say my refund was $100 less than what I payed. Headed to my bank to get this sorted out.
