Booked a flight for my wife to come here to the states. Payed $512 for the flight. We get told a day before that the flight gets canceled, we literally tried for 18 hours straight for the flight to get rescheduled. They kept telling us to wait 2-3 hours for the e-ticket to show up in our email. If they ever got put in a position to where they didn't want to answer or you called them out on their bull $#*! they would just hang up. Then they tried to say my refund was $100 less than what I payed. Headed to my bank to get this sorted out.
