I bought an airline ticket on My Flight Search. WestJet cancelled my flight and notified me that they had rejected the confirmation as fraudulent as a stolen credit card had been used to pay them. When I phoned My Flight Search they just played stupid. They said they credited me back the ticket price to my credit card. I have seen nothing on my card. Reading their reviews, this seems to be a common practice. They should be shut down. I only rated them one star as there is nothing lower.

Booked my flight a month in advance for them to cancel my flight 4 days before my trip. Then tried to up charge me $300+ more than the original ticket I paid. Also lied about how a supervisor would call me me back.
Here's an update: after over a year of back-and-forth with MyFlightSearch, finally launching legal action against them, I received a REFUND for my botched airline ticket! It would seem this is the only language they understand. SUE THEIR BUTTS!

How stupid do they think I am? After I filed a lawsuit against them - which is making its way through the courts - they had the audacity to phone me AGAIN and promise me that a refund check was in the mail. That was a month ago, and guess what: NO CHECK! This has been going on for a full year now, and I am NOT GOING AWAY!
So, here it is. I have filed my claim against the company Flight Search Inc. and its CEO Senthil Ramaraj. After 9 months of e-mails, phone calls and empty promises of a refund for an airline ticket I finally sent a registered letter to their las Vegas head office outlining next steps. I also contacted CBC marketplace to make them aware of this scam. I urge you to do the same!

I booked a flight through this company in April 2023 and purchased cancellation insurance. I was unable to take this flight and unable to make any gains on a refund, despite following all procedures and providing required documentation. When I call customer service I am transfered to an agent but the call drops. No one answers my numerous emails to customer service. I wonder if this company really exists? I feel like I have been scamed.

You can book and pay for your flight online, but you cannot get access to an agent in Customer Service for a refund. I would not recommend using this site for travel.

I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service I recieved. I bought refundable booking insurance for my trip that clearly states it covers sickness, accident or injury. When I contacted customer service by telephone the line drops, and when I sent a number of emails requesting answers to clearly stated questions, I receive a one line response, addressed to me as "Dear Passenger." Perhpas it is a robot that answers the questions --AI would do better.

My conclusing remark: I will never use myflightsearch.com. I recommend NOT wasting your $14.75 on the refundable booking insurance.

Oct. 1 2022 I booked a flight with Myflightsearch.com. 4 days before departure they cancelled my flight with no reason. I have been waiting for a refund for 13 months now, many emails and phone calls.

I booked a flight and never got confirmation. Finally I got ahold of someone who refunded my flight and said it would take 21/28 days to be refunded. Never came so I tried contacting them again. No reply and all the numbers I tried were unreachable.
These people, myflightsearch, are scammers. I have been waiting for a refund since they canceled my booking 3 days before my flight was to leave. I ended up paying double. They sent an email and said it would be a 6-8 week wait, then every time I call, am told 8-10 days. Now I just called and was given a number for the billing department. The guy hung up on me when I asked for a timeline. It is my hard earned money they are stealing.

They advertised 8 seats available on the flight I purchased. When I called looking for ticket info later (after my credit card was charged) they said there were NO seats available and "to retain my booking" I would have to pay nearly as much again as I had already paid. 4 months and several phone calls later I have still not received a refund. Oh and though my round trip flights is all in Canada, the price turned out to be in US funds.

Finally, after three months of waiting, numerous phone calls and emails, I finally received my refund. It only took writing to the CEO of My Flight Search to get this done.
Have been waiting for over 200 days for my refund (purchased in January and it is now August). If you cancel, immediately dispute the charges! Do not give them the 2 to 3 billing cycles to see a credit on your card because then your card company will say it is out of their time scope. Common reasons for delay include a backlog of refund requests, systems being down, having to process them manually and your bank or credit card company not authorizing refund. I think they figure you will let it go eventually but I call them about every 2 weeks at this point. I don't care how good the price is, run from this company.

So my husband and I book our tickets for these flight search people two weeks ago by our tickets were never confirmed recalled and they said something about we didn't book the proper flight so they gave us back our refund in writing only it's been 2 1/2 months have not got our money back $1500. We work so hard for this company is a freaking fraud, I am so pissed off. It makes me never want to book anything online again I really hope you know they give me back my money. I just keep trying. I wish I would have read reviews, just like many others they canceled my flight, ended up paying $1800 for a flight that was originally $567 and have not been reimbursed. When you call they hang up every time after you give them the flight confirmation for reimbursment and then have random charges here and there after on your account, even email you won't get a response! DO NOT go through these guys for anything!

I see many similar situations described in the reviews to what I have continued to experience. I've been waiting for my refund since December 2021. I was promised "a cheque will be in the mail" when I finally spoke with someone on Dec. 5,2022 who seemed to be taking action. As of Feb. 20,2023 still no cheque. This company should not be allowed to operate. Report to Better Business Bureau. Have customers' funds for months/years. Shady operation. Do Not Use. ZERO Stars.

Myflightsearch was used to purchase an airline ticket for a flight in Dec. 2021. The morning before the flight I was told the flight was cancelled - no e-ticket ever sent. I requested a full refund which they said would be processed and refunded to my MasterCard within 2 months. Now it's 15 months later and still nothing. I was told on Dec. 5, 2022 that a cheque would be mailed instead. Still nothing.
1 star is too much of a rating for this company. I never got my tickets. When I called about my tickets, I was informed they were no longer available at that price. I asked for a refund, which they compied with but never sent me. I called later about the refund and they blamed my credit card and said someone from the refund d department would get ahold of me in24 hours. I finally had to dispute the charges with my credit card!
I had been planning to arrange a trip to Istanbul for my parents as a wedding anniversary gift. Fortunately, one of my friends refer me to myflightsearch.
