Dont not use this agency. They ticketed my flight but never paid for my ticket. Headed to airport but could not get on my flight.

While going through the coved19 pandemic we tried to get ahold of the "MyFlightSearch." Held on for nearly 25 minutes when decided to press any number which it suggests then will call you back. When the automated teller comes back and says that mailbox is full and cannot receive any messages at this time and disconnected me. I tried two other numbers associated with this website. I was waiting for another 10 minutes and still nothing, no real person came on to talk. Called the original line and it stated call failed. So how do we get money back? I cannot get ahold of anyone to process this to change a flight... nothing. I do believe this is a fraudulent company and they take your money and basically run. There is no place for us to call, email without being redirected to something strange and not useful. So I decided to look up the flight number just in case and there is no flight number to be found. Totally fraudulent company. I suggest NOT to use this FRAUDULENT company for anything. No real way to get a hold of anyone, whether it be company service representative or even a simple person answering the phone call. Lesson learned!
I booked a ticket through this company in March to orlando, FL from jackson, ms. Once the pandemic was in full swing I was told by my doctors that I couldn't fly. I contacted this company and they had already cancelled my flight through frontier airlines and assured me that once they received their refund from frontier airlines. They would refund my account. I contacted frontier airlines and they told me that this company had already been refunded. I contacted the company again and they said they would look into it. I received an email stating they had confirmed that they had received their refund but it would take 2 billing cycles to get my refund. I replied to that email asking how long was there billing cycle. That was 3 weeks ago and I have still not received an email of explanation. I can't get them on the phone and I have sent several emails with no reply. Do not book anything through this company.

People don't ever try to book a trip with my flight search.com they are a fraud they are some $#*!ing scammers they don't refund your money and when you try to speak to someone to get a refund because they aren't doing their job they just hang up on you so again don't book with my flight search.com
If I could give a negative rating for this site I would. They ripped my son off and stranded him at LAX. They forced him to buy another more expensive ticket and told him they would refund his original ticket price. Well it's been 4 months now and numerous phone calls and emails he has seen no refund. Now when he calls and sits on hold for up to two hours. He'll start to explain his situation they will immediately hang up on him. He's given up on getting his money back. If I had the resources I'd sue them and harass them until they went out of business. I hope those who read this flood this site with horrible reviews!
