BEWARE! READ THE REVIEWS!

Crap company out of China, it takes 10 days alone for the product to even leave the country. When the company charges you, your bank shows Paris as the location of the company. They sure do try hard to hide the fact that they're far overeas. I emailed after I saw this on my account and told them I didn't realize I ordered overseas and that I needed a gift by today (12 days after I ordered.)

Do not buy from myfacesocks.com.au. This is a scam site getting orders off the back of another company with a similar name. They take your money and that's it! No goods, they don't return emails. Their live chat line is a hoax - I've tried several times and have never received a single response. Go somewhere else.

I ordered socks on Feb 5th and paid extra money for VIP. These socks are a gift for Valentine's Day. I just received an email (Feb 10th) stating production has just started on my socks which takes 7-9 days, then shipping will take 5-8 days. I sent an email expressing my concerns regarding the lengthy production and shipping when their pitch online states "quick turn around". I then immediately received this email response:
In an effort to improve the speed of package delivery, our logistics system will be upgraded from Jan. 18 to Feb. 17. During the period, NO orders will be shipped.
Now, I'm wondering what my extra money paid for for VIP service, and what they mean exactly by their pitch "quick turn around"? I would not do business with this company. Please check their Facebook page prior to purchase, it's full of bad reviews

SLOW DELIVERY
February 8, 2021

Made an order on 22 January 2021. I tried to find alternate websites but thought this one was the best as it was located in Deer Park, Vic, Australia and advertised on its website that products will be shipped in 1 day and delivery time will be about 3-5 working days. I emailed on 2nd February for an update and my order wasn't even shipped yet! This is really disappointing given I had hoped this order would come in time for Valentine's Day. Not sure why google gives you guys a rating of 4.8/5. Seems like fake reviews.

Nothing arrived

Have been chasing my order for weeks. They keep saying it's coming, it was delivered to you but you weren't home but can't produce any evidence of such! Still have nothing and no reimbursement. Never use or recommend.

Just as everyone else is saying, this website is a complete scam. It's been months now since I ordered and I have not received anything. They keep telling me the shipping is taking longer than expected because of COVID, but that is clearly a lie. I'm not getting my money back and they're just trying to screw people over. Do not bother ordering.

Hi I purchased a custom t shirt and sent an email requesting them not to crop the photo, they emailed back basically saying no problem. The shirt arrived in the mail and the photo has been cropped. I contacted them asking why have they done this, they apologised and offered me a 20% refund or replacement. Naturally I went with the replacement as the 20% refund was an insult. Long story short I changed my mind and asked for a full refund as per Australian consumer laws and they said they cannot give me a refund at all. My question is why offer me a 20% refund and then decide that they cannot give me a refund anyway? This website is extremely dodgy and based in overseas not Australia. I'm never gonna get my money back but I can spread awareness at how shifty these people are.

False advertising scam!

My Face Socks AU claims their products are ‘Made in Australia'. They most definitely are not, they ship from Hong Kong. I got my tracking number, the website was all in Chinese. They guaranteed delivery by Father's Day, also not the case, my package is still in China. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, this company is false advertising and running themselves a big ol scam.

Don't do it!
June 10, 2020

I ordered back in mid-April for a going away present for my boss. It's now June 10th and I still haven't received them. Company won't issue a refund. There's no person to speak to. It's ridiculous! Don't make the same mistake so many others have! I mean, a one star review has to say something. Wish I had checked the reviews first!

Totally NEGATIVE experience with this terrible company. Zero stars. Don't throw Your money away. I ordered at the beginning of Dec for a Xmas gift. It arrived LATE and the image of one of the faces was CUT off. Not acceptable. I asked for a refund and have exchanged no less than 10 emails with a horrible customer Svc rep who is just stringing along playing games. I even tried to cancel before it was shipped but they sent anyway and then replied that they couldn't refund since it had shipped! First offer was a refund minus shipping. Not acceptable. Then an apology for the "inconvenience"Then an offer of refunding the shipping Only as "compensation".? Now NOTHING. Supposedly the supervisor rescinded the offer of a refund. This is the worst!

I ordered 2 pairs of socks and one jigsaw puzzle in early March 2020. I also Paid premium postage. I received half of my order 8 weeks after I ordered it and still haven't received my jigsaw puzzle. The excuse I received when Finally one of my 14 emails was replied to was" it wasn't upto their high standard and had to be remade?" Well that was 6 months ago and nobody has gotten in touch to inform me if I will ever receive my puzzle. It's a shonky business and they don't deserve your hard earned money. What's more frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability on their side. Not Happy!

Agree with all the other reviews it took an exceedingly long time to receive the socks and when I did, they were not the ones I ordered. A full refund was refused and I was offered 60 percent for something I didn't order.

These socks are THE most horrible socks on the face of this earth. I paid $25/pair this past Christmas for socks for my son and my mother. When the socks arrived, I was horrified at the cheapness of these socks. They have no form at all and are thin, papery polyester. I was embarrassed to give them as gifts. My son said they don't fit at all - too loose in the toes, too baggy on the ankle, and the leg part doesn't fit either. He said they are the cheapest "socks" (if that's what you can even call this material) he's ever seen. What a waste of money. Hopefully, this review will save others from wasting their time and money!

We ordered three pairs of socks. Two of the pairs arrived 5 weeks after we placed the order (much later than advertised). The invoice showed check marks by all three socks but only two were in the box (Quality Control is obviously not their specialty). Then we started the nonsensical email exchange with their customer service. They couldn't find the picture for the pair we didn't receive, they needed pictures of the socks we received, back to we need another picture of the pair we did not receive because we lost it again, etc. All of these emails were separated by about a week of no response. An additional 5 weeks has passed and they have been unable to fulfill our order or return our money. In fact, today "Vivian" requested another picture of the socks we already received.

Guaranteed delivery by a specific date and paid extra for it. Came over 2 weeks past that date. On their website they have a 100% 5 star rating. Don't be fooled. Their website, they control reviews listed. They have given me the run around for weeks. All I want is to be reimbursed for the extra shipping I paid. Seems fair. The product is fine, it is the principle of guaranteeing by a certain date and not delivering on time and then not acknowledging the fact.

If I could 0 stars, I would. I have been tracking my order for more than a month and it is still in the same place, according to the tracking information. It has not moved for ONE MONTH! This was supposed to be a birthday gift. I have contacted the company several times for more information on shipping and none was received. I understand that shipments are being delayed but, that aside, there was no email or contact made form MyFaceSocks to mention this or any kind of support given during this time. When I asked for my money back, I was told I could receive 10%. Are you joking?! This is ridiculous. The customer service of this company is atrocious! Spend a little more time taking care of your customers!

Same to what everyone else is writing here. The business address of 18 Haypress Rd #410, Monmouth Junction, NJ is a house in the suburbs with a pool. Google Earth it. I didn't even mess with PayPal. I went right to my charge card company to dispute the charges.
