We ordered three pairs of socks. Two of the pairs arrived 5 weeks after we placed the order (much later than advertised). The invoice showed check marks by all three socks but only two were in the box (Quality Control is obviously not their specialty). Then we started the nonsensical email exchange with their customer service. They couldn't find the picture for the pair we didn't receive, they needed pictures of the socks we received, back to we need another picture of the pair we did not receive because we lost it again, etc. All of these emails were separated by about a week of no response. An additional 5 weeks has passed and they have been unable to fulfill our order or return our money. In fact, today "Vivian" requested another picture of the socks we already received.
