DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY COMPELTE SCAM AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Sold me a product for Father's Day, then told me a week later the product is out of stock then send me a link to a completely different product that looked AWFUL then I was told even if I chose the awful product there was no way I would have it by Father's Day. Tried to reach out online only to be met with complete stupidity with a statement of "we don't ship after purchase" and didn't understand why I was saying that made no sense. Asked to speak to someone else was told I'd have to come back in 3 hours THEN they ended the conversation.
I am beyond disgusted. I am now going to try and get my order made by a local embroidery company. I guess moral of the story is - support local business not companies who do not supply the product they advertised! Also, do not believe the reviews on their website- there is literally NO WHERE on that site you can put your reviews.
Awful experience. 0/10 would never ever recommend.

Ordered a pair of socks (26,00€). Paid VIP service for express shiping. This was on November 6th and today is December 6th. They never arrived. It was a present and I missed the date. I ask for refund and customer service only ask for patience. They are absolutely terrible and customer service disgusting.
9rdered these back in early May supposedly "made in USA" and paid for expedited shipping. As of july 25 still don't have them. Last communication from company (when i complained) was they are stuck in customs coming from China. Clearly I got scammed and am not likely to get the product or the $70 I spent. This company is terrible! Order placed on 3/30/20 as a bday gift for my husbands bday on 4/18. Today is 7/2/20 and still no socks. I keep getting the same excuse "global pandemic is making shipping times delayed." That a crock, I asked for a number and a manager's contact info and that request was ignored. I am so aggravated with their terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Ordered a Mens LARGE pajamas. What came appears to be sized for a youth, at best. Their answer when I asked? Whoopsie, those are the correct measurements. Buyer beware. They show adult male models wearing their PJs but they are NOT sized for average adult males.
This company says they are in USA. THEY ARE NOT! It has been a month and a half with no product! I have involved PayPal so the company has contacted me with no resolution. They say please be patient the order has shipped. Yeah it shipped May 10,2020, and is still in the same place. China! This company is a scam. I will be filling a federal complaint for false advertising as well. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
I reported the company to the international BBB. We will see what happens! I ordered my socks May 21 and it's been in Shanghai for 21 days now. Having made in the USA' as part of your promo is BS and hopefully something happens to these jackholes
Way to small for a normal size 10 men's foot. No stretch in them at all. Pretty much just for show as they don't fit his feet

UPDATE: After going back and forth MyFaceSocks customer service, they said that this mistake was because the image was "hand-cut" by their team, not "computer cut," so the printing wouldn't be as the preview.
That makes absolutely zero sense. I am the one that uploaded and cropped the image before I submitted it, so I don't know why they would go back and "hand-cut" it.
As a business owner, I feel they are passing the buck to consumers and not delivering a product that is as advertised.
Their company is literally about printing faces on material items. They clearly haven't figured out how to do that if they are having issues such as these and refusing to take credit for their mistake.

I ordered socks as a goodbye gift for my team when switching jobs. The socks were not only misprinted (there were only 5 heads on each sock, not the 10 they guaranteed), there was at least one head on each sock that was cone-headed - like it got stretched in the printing.
The socks looked ridiculous and had a vast amount of dead space with no image.
When I contacted customer service, they offered me a 10% refund because they "couldn't resell the socks."
I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from them. They seemed like a viable company with all their publicity. I guess it goes to show that big names don't mean great products.
Took forever to get the socks. After finally receiving them, each pair had a big, black blob of dye in the middle of the sock. Worse company for communication. Responses are canned emails.
Ordered socks on April 11th for a bday on April 28th. Never received. Emailed them and they said because of Covid 19 orders will be delayed a little. Re emailed then in early may saying I no longer had a need for this product as a present and would like a refund... was told that my package was in shipping and it was not possible for a refund... it is now may 28th... no socks no refund. Their website say item was shipped and still in Fremont California... however. The usps tracking number they gave me is not valid... this is the worst experience i have ever had ordering online. During Covid i had many items shipped from China that arrived with a decent but manageable delay... these socks are from California...

I made 6 different orders for a total of 22 pair of socks on May 2,2020. As of today 6/03/2020 only 2 of those orders have been shipped. When I look at status or shipping tracking they said they are waiting to dispatched. Besides that when I ordered from this website I thought they were made in USA, but found out later that they are coming from China. NEVER AGAIN WILL ORDER FROM THEM.
On 5/31/2020 I went to other site FaceSocks.com and made 2 more orders with 4 socks and they are going to be deliver on Saturday 6/06/2020. Only one week and made in USA. Please support our country. Don't make same mistake that I did.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. They are a scam. They are based somewhere in the far East. You will never get a refund from them, and you will never get your order, they literally take your money and vanish, you are left speaking to agents on a chat service that repeat the same thing over and over again, they refuse to provide you with a customer service number or anything else. Also if you go to any of their social media all they comment sections are shut thats how you know how many unhappy customers they have!

I ordered back in April for mother's day here it's July 1st and Still nothing. They refuse to refund me my money. Scumbags don't order anything from them they suck.
Terrible customer service and massive false advertising. Website says everywhere that items are made and shipped from the US, and guaranteed arrival before Christmas. Once I received my "tracking" info email and saw it was coming from China, I did some research (which I should have done prior), and realized I wasted $56. Have demanded a refund 3 times and "Jason" just keeps saying factory was closed due to Covid so they are shipping from China now. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
If I could give zero stars I would. More expensive than all the other sites, but chose them because they guaranteed Christmas delivery. They came 4 days after Christmas and WERE SO INCREDIBLY SMALL NO ONE COULD WEAR THEM! Literally 1 of the girls I got the socks for is really thin and she couldn't get them on. Total waste of money and horrible experience with customer service sending conflicting information with emails while tracking. False advertising and bad product.

This site grossly overcharges for express postage and once paid, sends a followup email requesting even more money to ensure express postage. In short I'd already paid $45.00 for express postage (for a single pair of socks within Australia) and they emailed requesting an additional $29.00 or they will change it to "standard" delivery representing 15-25 BUSINESS days. Now from where in Australia does it take 15-25 business days to mail a pair of socks to a domestic location? Let alone for the price of $74.00 total just in delivery charges? Is it being delivered on a golden chariot? I responded to their request for more money asking if the would consider sending via Australia Post and they did not reply. I highly suspect this is either an overseas based company posing as an Australian company, or that they order your product from a third party overseas and have to wait for it to be internationally shipped before they can send it from here. Also, I would like to point out that the "remote address" they refer to is a suburb of Hobart which is an actual capital city.
