Dreadful! They're not socks at all and the images are shocking. Complete wast of money and horrible customer service! Do not waste your money.
Even got offered a full refund only after they tried to negotiate a percentage twice. Standing by the choice to leave an honest review and not take the refund.
If the customer service was good in the first place they wouldn't need to bribe me to take this down.

Ordered 3 pairs of socks and a blanket. They were all Christmas Gifts. Ordered in November and supposedly they said they were delivered on dec 12. I have cameras and the shipping and delivery time checked cameras and nothing. Fine I thought it was the usps cause they suck as well. So I email them and go the run around. Saying no refund blah blah. I told well maybe you can just send me the same order. They refused. I have to file a claim with pay pal and of course the refunded me the money. I never disputed anything in my life. But what right is right. The didn't refund me PayPal did. Stay as far as you can from them. They are a scam. I wish I found these reviews before I placed the order. They suck. Shame on you. $#*!s
I purchased socks from My Face Socks AU. The stock never arrived, provided with a fake tracking number, they delete negative reviews on their Facebook page, they claim to be Australian made (actually China). I'm lucky I paid with PayPal and got my money back
Paid for priority and it seems like they were sent out in a timely manor however when there were postage delays (covid) I asked them to lodge an inquiry as my parcel hadn't moved for over a week.
They basically refused to do this so the customer service just wasnt there & indicative of the fact that they just care about the sale and are then happy to forget you.
The socks arrived and can't be worn as there just one cylindrical piece of material with no place for the heel which is printed on.
I bought from them as I though they were australian but they're unfortunately not.
In the beginning I did have issues with the shipping, but their customer kept in contact. The socks were great. I just reccomend if you order keep very close track of the tracking number they give you and contact customer service immediately with any issues that arise.
I placed an order for socks and spent $19.95 for shipping. The shipping information said printing would take 1-3 business days, and delivery would take 3-5 after printing. I had to send an email on the day the package should have been delivered and I had yet to even receive a shipping notification. 30 minutes later, they sent me a shipping confirmation indicating they shipped it only AFTER I sent my email asking about it. Since I paid $19.95 extra for fast shipping, I asked for a refund. They keep beating around the bush and not telling me if they'll refund my shipping cost saying my "satisfaction is they're priority". I've sent 3 emails asking if they will refund my shipping cost, and it's looking like they will not. Do NOT order from this shop.
Still haven't received my order. They lie. Told me that they were shipped over ten days ago! I till don't have them. I wish I would have read these reviews before i placed my order. I would never have ordered from China. I will probably never receive my order.
At this point I'm not even mad. I'm actually sad that people like this exist in the world.

The socks aren't even shaped like socks, virtually impossible to put on, when you attempt to put them on they become so stretched out they look like they've been dragged halfway around the block and look four years old! They're only printed colour on the outside and trying to attempt to put them on stretches them out so much the white colour from the internal part of the sock becomes visible!
I'd rather never wear socks ever again in my whole entire life than ever purchase socks from this company! Total waste of money, time and effort! The customer service skills are absolutely disgraceful as I can only guess I was dealing with people from a non-speaking English background, their email correspondence was pathetic to say the least!
I couldn't even get a refund or partial refund from PayPal as sided with the seller, I wouldn't be surprised if PayPal actually owns this company as well.
I ordered these socks OVER a month ago, paid for 2 week shipping, and emailed the company 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I have not recieved a reply nor my socks yet. Do not order from this company, you will regret it!

I ordered November 23rd and we are now December 23rd and still haven't received. Ships from China instead of New Jersey like the US website states!? The website said 5-7 business days shipping to Canada, but once I ordered, the email confirmation said 7-10 business days... Anyways, it's way over the deadline and I cannot get an asnwer from them. I sent 3 emails and got 3 different email responses with a tracking number, saying it was on the way. Not sure if I'll even receive it lol.
At first I thought that they looked great until I tried to put them on. 1. They don't fit to size I'm a size 9 1/2 and they cut off my circulation. 2. Once they were on they were so stretched out you could not see the image. Then their customer service was awful DO NOT BUY THESE SOCKS
Please don't waste your money, thought these would be a great present but the socks are unwearable as they are a straight peice of material not even in the shape for your foot. Very cheap thin material, definitely not Australia made as they claim.
I ordered my socks on December 7th hoping I'd get them before Christmas. Was told I'd get an email when the order was ready but I haven't gotten one yet. I emailed the company asking about the status of my order and still haven't gotten a response. Don't order from here. :/ hopefully I'll receive them eventually
I was on the site on December 6 to place an order. They had a banner that said, "Christmas delivery guaranteed." at check out I noticed they posted a 10 to 15 day delivery window. I wasn't sure if that meant from order time or from completion of manufacturing. So I called. I was told that they might not get to me by Christmas.
I sent customer service an email asking why they put the guarantee on their website when they can't fulfill it, and all I got was an explanation as to why they couldn't, no apology, no nothing. Not a company with which I want to do business. The guarantee is still on the website.
If I hadn't called to check, I would have been very disappointed to not be able to give this gift at Christmas time.

I ordered this over a month ago for a birthday and have emailed several times only to be told 1-3 days till shipping and 3-10 days delivery. Asked for a refund and was told that it was in production, which I was told 2 weeks before also, and that it would be sent in 1-3 days, 5 days later I emailed again and was told that it would be shipped that day, 3 days later it seems to have been shipped! I'm dreading it not being right! This is an lockdown pressie, we shall all be out and about by the time it arrives!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I ordered my wife a blanket on April 22nd for our anniversary (May 28th). On April 29th, I received a shipping notice that it was in California on its way. As of today (June 21st), there has been no updates to the shipping status. I have been fighting to get a refund for 3 weeks and they refuse to do so; they just keep telling me they are waiting for a reply from the shipping company and they will contact me within a few days when they hear back from them. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal and have opened a case with them. Since their 30 days is almost up and they haven't responded to PayPal yet, I should be getting my refund through them.
They printed the socks WRONG photos, cut off heads and put on the wrong wording, they arrived TO LATE for the occasion although I allowed plenty of time. I mailed them back at my expense they wrote to me saying they would be a restocking fee and then they would redo them at my cost less a $2.99 discount (x 3pair). After several emails, I have no socks and I haven't received any money. OUT OF POCKET COSTS $113.79. Stay away from this site!
Ordered goods thinking it was an Ausie company only to find my money being taken out by a hong kong company. 1ST MISTAKE. Ordered 5th may for an occasion based on there delivery promise. 2nd Mistake paid by master card instead of pay pal 3rd mistake. I now cannot contact them, no response to e.mails.no goods. I now have to cancel my credit card as they have my money and my details then contact all legit companys who i have dealings with, they have left me feeling fully exposed and very silly, will contact mastercard regarding my face socks facilities with them and better business regarding the false advertising
I ordered one pair of socks a month and a half ago. I still have not received the product. I was given a tracking number over a month ago showing the socks shipped out of California with no updates after that. When I contacted MyFaceSocks customer service, I was told the socks shipped out of China and are stuck in customs. I continue to ask for my money back and they can keep their socks, with no response to that of course.
