Would not reccomend this business due to lack of communication with customer service. Multiple customer service representives replied back with different information. Jason, Amy, Vivian Elise. Ordered a custom face hawain shirt with two images uploaded and a solid red background. Order was cancled due to images not able to be used. Re-ordered items with a different photo upload type and was refunded again without an e-mail.
First order AU*******:
"I am afraid to tell you that we are unable to make the shirt you order as a 100% customized shirt with the picture you uploaded. We have cancelled and refund you full according to this situation. Generally speaking, it will take about 3-7 business days for the refund to return to your original account."

"Which picture are you refering to as unuseable? Give me a example of what to upload the images as so it can properly go through. Are you able to use the images I attached in this e-mail which are the same?"
