Ordered in mid November to arrive for Xmas and a bday in early December. Nothing received. Emails to the company are useless. They keep saying the items are stuck at customs. Have tried calling, there is no number to reach them. AVOID! DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Socks are basically fabric tubes, there is no heel so it doesn't fit. I was told by them they fit 98% of the population. Which is impossible unless 98% of population are pirates with poles for legs.
Go to a different company--this is a CHINESE KNOCKOFF of the original site, which is facesocks.com. THIS SCAMMER OF A COMPANY's URL is MYfacesocks.com. Comes from China. Did not send me a proof. I emailed and requested a proof three times. Got the socks. Hated them. Requested a refund.
I emailed them again three times--once in Chinese--and they just keep sending me the same copy and paste response...
The product is cheap and awful. You can't even wear it. I ordered a pair of black socks... and it's just white with black ink on it. But when you wear it, you can see the white fabric showing...

I think it's a scam. They told me my order was shipped, but never sent me a tracking number. AND it still says unfulfilled on their website. I have requested a refund.
These were a total waste of money! They are very poor quality and look like socks for old men. Additionally, they cropped the photos so that they were just dumb looking. Don't waste your money!
I ordered socks and have been waiting for over a month. When I try to track the shipping it says they are waiting to receive notice for them to be picked up. This certainly feels like a scam!
Purchased socks and never received the items or a refund! Emailed and was given a fake tracking number to a bogus shipping company. Facebook should be held liable for allowing the ads to run!

I was first super scared after I saw all the reviews but my order is great. The panties look great but I'll give only 4 stars because the shipping took 1 month
These products are not made in the USA as the website claims. The website is user-friendly for ordering, however receiving the product(s) ordered is a different story. Do not order as a gift or if you need the item(s) by a specific date.
After more than 30 days went by and my item was still "stuck in customs" I disputed the charge with PayPal. This was no easy task since PayPal wants you to work it out with the seller first. After 10 emails from the seller telling me to wait longer, with no resolution, I was able to escalate to PayPal. Once PayPal reviewed the interactions (an additional 3 weeks) I was able to receive a refund on the entire order.
My order was placed on January 7th, 2022 and as of today, July 13th, 2022 the tracking number still states "in transit delay".
If for any reason you still think it's a good idea to order from this company, I suggest using a payment method that is safe and offers buyer protection.
My recommendation for an alternative is to find a seller on Etsy. There are many storefronts on Etsy that can personalize socks, boxers, shirts, etc.
Items were 5 weeks late and when they turned up. After chasing with Limited replies. Items were poor and not as advertised turned up in an plastic container.

BUYER BEWARE! I wish I could leave zero stars. Ordering from this company has been the worse online shopping experience I have ever had. NO communication - total lies if you do get someone to write an email, which is probably not gonna happen aside from a generic automated response(Ive only gotten one despite MULTIPLE EMAILS) - I have pretty much had to write off my order and accept the fact this company has STOLEN my money, refuses to provide goods paid for, contact or communicate in ANY meaningful manner. I have never left a review like this before but its frustrating to be out of the 200 bucks I spent - Im a reasonable guy and was initially willing to work with them and be understanding - things are crazy for everyone these days, hell, I actually even tipped these guys at check out - I feel like a complete moron for letting them rip me off the way they have. Standard shipping time is 1+ month as products are shipped from China, not the US.
Wish I could give zero stars because of misleading and conflicting claims on their web site. Items ship from China. The ship time of 3-5 days stated in their FAQ, which I have now learned from their customer service chat, is only for EXPRESS SHIPPING.
The only reason I ordered from this company is because they claim 3-5 business days for production (which they did meet) and 3-5 business days for shipping. Customer service informed me that shipping time is stated on the order confirmation, but you only learn that AFTER your order is placed. As soon as you click "order" you can't cancel because it goes immediately into "processing" status and orders can't be modified or cancelled once its being processed.
I cannot speak to the quality of the socks that I ordered since I have not received them yet, but I can tell you that unless you have a month plus to wait, or want to spend an extra $30 - $180 USD on express shipping, do not order from myfacesocks.com
They scammed me out of my money now my father doesn't have a present and the company is stupid and I hope they kill themselves the stupid tossers dumb pieces of crap
