Clearly this company lacks decent customer service and has no consideration at all for consumer rights! It is not right that a company can continue to fob off its customers!
Please please please don't use this company. I got 6 wedding photos printed with this company, bearing in mind they are professional photographs taken with a professional camera and they arrived blurry. I contacted customer services with my concern and they let me place a replacement order for three photographs. (They kept ignoring me when I said there was 6 photos originally) However, the issue is that when I upload the photos to their website, this diminishes the quality. They told me to send them via we transfer which is a service that you can send files via email for free. First time I sent them they lied and said they hadn't received them. However the second time I sent them they told me they couldn't accept them this way. Customer service has been shocking and they don't respond to what I'm saying, the responses are generic and infuriating. They don't read the full thread of emails, they just type a generic response to what has been said in the most recent email. I have wasted my money on bad quality photos and it was over 200 pounds I paid. Please don't use this company to print wedding photographs as I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Wish I could give them 0 stars. I am raising the issue with trading standards as it is not acceptable

Not sure how this could be a worse service. I've looked online and it appears to be a fairly standard experience for customers.
I made an order on 17 December on the basis the website indicated my order would arrive before Christmas.
On 19 December I received an email to say I would receive the product in 3-6 days.
On 23 December I received an order that was not mine. It was a pillow with a dog on it, with German writing over it. I immediately emailed the company to tell them I had received someone else's order and asked them to send my order to me. I received no response.
I sent another complaint on 29 December chasing the same issue. I received a holding email.
I received marketing emails on the 18, 20, 21 and 23, 25, 30 and 31 December.
This is a very disappointing service whose only purpose appears to be heavy marketing and no delivery. I would strongly advise against ordering from them, based on my unresolved experience.
I have (and I'm still having) the most awful experience with this company.
I ordered a calender 7 days ago as a gift for my mother complete with pictures of her dog. It was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
7 days later my calender still hasn't been 'SCHEDULED TO BE PRINTED'. 7 days!
It is impossible that it will arrive it time for Christmas. This has even been admitted by the customer service team who I have been calling everyday since Monday.
The customer service team are nice but have ZERO support from anyone and can't even contact the production team by phone. All they can do is email and they never respond.
I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager to ask for further help and apparently this 'isn't possible'. Apparently 'supervisors aren't contactable by phone' 'there are none available at this time' 'they are not in the same office' and 'only contactable by email' and 'they aren't able to call a customer back'. Where are they then? Cowardly hiding behind a screen somewhere, letting the poor customer service assistants take all the abuse? Such a poor support system.
I urge someone to contact me ASAP as it will be New Year by the time they respond to my emails or I recieve the calender.

And yet everyday I am receiving numerous marketing emails asking me to by more Christmas products. What a joke.
I suggest they find a new calender production company as they are clearly out of their depth. The jigsaw I ordered is on the way (however, I have just read below that it comes in a plastic bag as opposed to a box, so that is going to look terrible when wrapped up as a gift too).
All in all, a terrible experience and would not recommend buying from this company unless you are getting a canvas which I have ordered in the past and arrived quite quickly.

Received an email that my order is awaiting dispatch 6 days ago (4working days). After this no information about my order. The custom service constantly says: "we will send you an email".
An email about what? That on your website you mentioned that it will be 1-2 days, but it's not true?
It was I present for a birthday. But unfortunately I will not be able to give that to person, as My Picture has terrible service.
If someone want to use this company, kindly suggest you to read last reviews and find another company.

Looks excellent verry happy ordered it for my wife as we had our dog 🐕 put to sleep recently she had told me it was her favourite pic.
Never shop from here. I placed an order for 2 large canvas a pillow and 2 small canvas.
When arrived a large canvas was missing and the pillow was terrible quality it was dark and grainy and pixelated. I contacted and the response time from there was shocking the large canvas was a gift so they offered to remake but wouldn't make it quicker than a week but I needed it sooner as was a gift. They refused to refund me said I had to let them resend it but I said if it's going to take a week I will no longer need as it's to long and would passed my friends birthday
We went back and forth for days and days then refusing to refund me for their mistake! Thank fully I had paid with PayPal and opened a claim with them. Soon as I did I actually started getting fast responses and they agreed to refund for the missing canvas but would reprint the pillow I advised I didn't want that as the service been horrendous and just wanted refunding they again started taking ages to reply asking for photos of it being chucked away which I sent. Back and forth and eventually they have refunded me today as PayPal made them! Will never shop from

I'm impressed with the speed of processing my order BUT I made a mistake and clicked on the wrong size. I completed my order after which I realised my mistake. I immediately tried to cancel my order but was told that this wasn't possible. It was my mistake I accept but within 30 minutes I tried to rectify that mistake but want allowed to..
First: The printing was terrible. My picture is in a black background, but the canvas shows a lot of white spots and in large areas, making it extra obvious.
Second: The corners of the printing do not align with the wooden frame underneath the canvas, showing a lot of white edges on the sides, which again makes it looks exceptionally obvious with a photo with black background.
I got 2 orders from them. And the second one just got in today. Same problems apply. I will DEFINITELY NOT recommend or use them EVER AGAIN
Received my canvas today and I am over the moon with it beautiful finish and quick delivery highly recommended great price too
I regret to say that I cannot recommend My Picture at all based on my recent experience. I placed an order for Christmas in November 2023, and it turned into a nightmare. Despite assurances from their customer service team, my order was mishandled repeatedly.
The order was split, with the second part never arriving despite multiple contacts with customer service. Their communication was inconsistent, and promises made were never fulfilled. Even after reordering as instructed, I still haven't received what I paid for.
It's clear that there are significant issues with their systems and processes. As a result, I've wasted time and money without anything to show for it. I had hoped for better service from a company I once trusted.
In summary, I strongly advise against using My Picture. The poor service and lack of accountability have left me extremely dissatisfied.
Exceptionally challenging firm to deal with. I have persistently failed to receive orders allegedly sent. Different personnel in customer services advise totally different things when issues are raised. For example, was advised after first order was not received a replacement would be sent by tracked mail. When I followed the process they had set out by email and requested track mail, they said customer services had incorrectly advised the replacement would be sent by tracked mail and the second set of prints have not arrived despite allegedly having been sent on 14 December 2023! Customer services also fail to read and address complaints. Their price is very competitive but one can have no confidence in receiving the items ordered or to have anyone competent in customer services to address issues. I would rather pay more for future photo orders elsewhere than deal wit this lot.
First 2 orders great …. Third one - cushion inners have either changed or they sent me standard basic ones instead of the premium I ordered. This has been going on for about 6 weeks now …. They say they have not changed supplier and cushions take a day to fluff out … look at the picture below and tell me there is no difference and that this company is just gaslighting me. I email and someone replies 3 days later without a satisfactory solution …. Then another person responds saying what the first said … offering a code for 75% off which doesn't actually add up to that amount - I tried it to see…. Please I just want the cushion inners I got in the first 2 orders, it's not rocket science. I am going to keep posting reviews until I get a refund or the proper inners. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Would never recommend this company. Supposedly guaranteeing xmas delivery. Ordered 10.12.23 and still waiting for my order on the 29th. Totally ruined xmas for an 84 year old who only wanted a picture of her great grandchildren. Had numerous assurances my order would be delivered by customer service which is appalling. I even received an email on the 27th that they were hopeful of getting my picture delivered by xmas! Customer service is shocking. As far as I'm concerned they have broken the terms of contract and I want my £50 back. Just keep getting fobbed off. Trading standards next. For anyone thinking it's a British company it's not. Orders are made in Europe.

My Christmas present order was guarenteed to be delivered before christmas. I recieved a order tracking number on the 15th Dec showing the order was with the courier. But when it didn't arrive I contacted the courier and they stated it had not be passed to them. My-Picture denied this and said it was with them.
Now on the evening of the 21st Dec, they have sent a automated email saying the order will be delayed.
Sorry but that means you lied on the 15th and onwards and have left it to the last minute to let me know using a automated email.

What did I expect from a cheap company
Answer: It's assembled for you to put up when delivered. You can buy attachments off them to hang your pictures too
