I was impressed with the prices and ordered canvas before reading any reviews. But after i opened the packing, that canvas overcame any thoughts and doubts such as low quality, broken frame or messed up colors. Canvas is perfect. I'm very satisfied
I purchased Christmas gifts that never arrived and they refuse to refund me my money. The customer service does not exist, they delay responses by saying there was an error in your email or error in your address which is not true. They are not based in the UK and are based in Germany. Do not order from this company and avoid it at all costs.
I can honestly say that I had no problem with this company, the product was of good quality and it was delivered well packaged and in a reasonable time.
I am a practical person and yes I can see that it could be a little bit of a difficult task to put the first one together, but I found it pretty easy (using the supplied instructions) I had it hanging on the wall within half an hour.

This company is fantastic! They printed my family portrait and it looked so professional. Biggest surprise to was that image taken on a cheap digital camera can look so professional when printed on canvas

Our order was placed and within 2 days we had received our picture. It was extremely well packaged and such a fast delivery. The quality of the picture is brilliant and the canvas came mounted on the frame - can't fault this service at all.

Had my order done by this company,( another company had let me down constantly for nearly a month). I emailed them first, told me they could do my order, so I ordered, did my print, took a less then a week, and the results were outstanding. It was for an anniversary present, which was missed by the other company messing me about, but this company made it worth while, because the results were brilliant. I will definitely buy from again.

Great gift solution for making something personal for anybody. There are no limits with designing canvas on their website.
Just image uploads quite long, but everything else is perfect.
Low prices
Complete load of rubbish and would feel embarrassed to give as a Christmas present as intended. I appreciate I should have read the small print so I'm partly at fault, although, this company are aware that the info is not clear enough as there wouldn't be this many complaints.

I really enjoyed having deal with this service. Very nice customer support, quite fast response, people wrking there know their job well. I received canvas well packed with no delivery or any other issues. But the most of all, the picture is printed in good quality
Fantastic photobook! It is the best unique personal gift I have ever purchased. Too bad that service does not allow you to experiment with the photo effects and layouts directly on their website, but I’m very happy with my choice. The price for the whole book is low. Awesome!
Ordered a 3' x 2' Canvas print. And we absolutely love it. Its big, its bright, the quality is first class for our picture, a black & white headshot of our dog.
Easy to get it ordered, good communication, great delivery time, well packaged and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend anyone to try this company.
I ordered a Softcover Mini photo book, I did not receive one! What I received was folded paper, this was not the softcover described on the my-picture.co.uk web-site. Photobooks are described as being hand bound, mine was stapled. I paid for the item to arrive in 3 5 working days, it arrived late in 8 working days. Having dealt with their Customer services several times, they do not read the details given in your emails and wont refund, they just offer a small discount off your next order. I will never place an order with them again, disgusting.
I received my canvas and couldn't believe they'd sent this 'thing' without checking it, the quality is absolutely horrendous! On contacting them they say it's due to the dpi of my picture and it's basically my own fault? Nowhere in the order process was I warned that the quality would be compromised!
Lots of emails back and forth and they're now quoting German consumer law saying I'm not entitled to a refund. It seems although they are called my-picture.co.uk they are not a British company and therefore our trading standards do not mean a thing. They keep offering me another print but all I want is my £40 back for something that is no way 'fit for purpose'. Would not recommend this company!
I have ordered from this company and they are bogus, I also note that there are lots of very similar reviews on here with poor English that essentially will have been written by the company themselves. If you want to get the real story on this lot got to page 6 of these reviews and you will see the real story there. Dire service, dire products and misleading site... also posted from German so do not let the. co.uk wen address fool you! CON MEN
I ordered in October, I still have no pictures and so no xmas presents. I am trying to get a refund through paypal. Under German law they will not refund. I would advise against using this company, the whole thing is an ongoig nightmare.

Right now, your replacement order is in our production and will be produced and shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Awful company! I have been waiting for 1 month for a canvas, when I first queried it I was told 'technical problems' then I was advised I would receive it within 2 weeks, and surprise surprise I'm still waiting! Dispute opened with paypal, so I'll hopefully get my money back! Worst company ever!
I ordered a canvas from this 'company'. I was told that it had been sent. I have been given a bogus Parcel Force tracking number. I have sent numerous e-mails and they only replied once, giving me the same number. Since then - nothing. From my own personal experience there is only one word to describe this company. THIEVES.
I sent the photo off for this blanket and it came back and is more like a tea towel! Have sent various emails to them and all they do is spout off the German law saying that it cant be changed due to photos when in fact its nothing to do with the printing! The blanket is also too small to do anything! The speed was good from the company, but thats all!
I hadn't used any online printing service before using my-picture.co.uk so I was a little sceptical about the quality we would receive.
I was more than pleasantly impressed, and both myself and my partner have ordered more prints from them.
They arrived extremely well packed and in excellent time to - even though it was just before Christmas.
Do NOT touch this excuse for company with a barge pole... be warned, they will take your hard earned cash and send you a pixelated excuse for a canvas then tell you "that's what you ordered"... they have obviously got no quality control/standards and I am not the only one to find this. Deal with them at your pearl. Their customer service is rated like their product ZERO! Appalled that this can happen in 2014
