I ordered my 2 photographs on April 30. Had issues with the website. Not easy to navigate and there was some issues that had to be addressed. Order was placed. Then waiting. Sent a request for phone call on May 14. Never received a return call. On May 15 received an email indicating that the items would be shipped that day. Did not receive any indication that it had been shipped. No tracking number or idea of arrival date. Items did finally come on May 20. Not impressed with the whole experience and would not recommend this company.

I ordered a Custom Print with Canvas n' Decor on November 28. It was a special Custom Order Print for my elderly father for Christmas. It was a wood print with a photo of him and I in the background, and a poem written overtop of the photo. The proof looked amazing, and I was very excited to get this in for him for Christmas.
I had not heard anything about my order so was getting concerned. I followed up December 11, and their response was that I will get this shortly before Christmas. On December 18, I still had not received any kind of confirmation that the product had been shipped. When I followed up, I was told that I would receive it by the end of the week.
Finally I received it late December 22. When I opened it, the product received looked nothing like the print. The photo of my father and I was so faded that you couldn't even see it in the light. This left me scrambling days before Christmas to find something else meaningful for my Dad. When I contacted Canvas n' Decor about my displeasure, this was the response received:

"The image provided is a very light background. Even just looking at the image on the screen you have difficulty seeing the background.
This is normal if you want to have text over the image. You want to see the text first.
Our printer did a good job from what we can see. It matched the image that was provided.
If you darken the background image you will lose the text and things may look muddled.
The issue with this image could be more the layout of the image.
If you like to see the two things clearly one should not be on top of the other."

I will, unfortunately, be out the cost of this product and will have to order this with a company that values their customers and is happy to work with them. I am shocked that this meaningful gift to my father has left such a sour taste due to Canvas n' Decor, and I would NOT recommend using them for any type of custom product.

I ordered a "canvas" from this company thinking I would receive a traditional canvas ready to hang. What I received was merely a poster printed on different material; except this poster cost $60. The resolution is terrible; there's no way in the world I'd hang this piece of garbage. So OF COURSE there are no returns or refunds. I contacted the company and each time they responded with a paragraph long mumble jumble that I could barely understand.
