I'm so glad that we came across your company's website. We made a large purchase of a number of canvases for ourselves and family after our newborn photo shoot. The price was more than fair, shipping was free and timely, and the quality of the prints are outstanding. We were even contacted after placing our order with a request for the original photo files to ensure proper sizing and placement. I placed a large order for 15 pictures of various sizes. Each of them was perfect. The colour is identical to the original picture, and they are as pure and sharp as anyone could expect. I rate the product, the price, and the overall experience as outstanding.

One very minor comment is that the aluminum, on the smaller pieces in particular, is slightly convex and has to be straightened before hanging. Possibly a larger backing, or a slightly heavier aluminum would fix this very minor issue.

Our decision to use this company was based on their wall display layout options. Most companies have this option but the layouts vary and theirs suited us best. We also tried uploading on other websites and this one was very user friendly compared to others. I liked that you were able to enlarge the picture easily to crop it.
One thing that might be cool to include is a paper template when you order the wall displays. The paper could be placed on the wall showing where to put the nails so it doesn't have to be measured for each individual photo. That would make things more user friendly:)
I wish they would give you a better time of delivery once you make the order. An email right after you place the order that gives you an estimate, at minimum.
Waiting for an order is expected - after all it has to be made, but it's nice to know the approximate length of time.
We have not hung the pictures yet but we look forward to doing so.

Have not seen finished product so hard to judge future purchase
Wish the photo had a wired hanging system Many areas I hang my art will not accept the sawtooth on the top.
Would be nice to know if the Wilton Grove address is still valid and be able to see the metal finished product. There is an address in north London but I am south and could find no signage on Wilton Grove.
I did send instructions for the address but the first driver did not get them and then refused to listen to where the home was...it never shows on maps for some reason. Some people cannot accept that fact.

Fantastic company and great product! As a wildlife photographer I rely on color accuracy and I have ordered 10 of these now for myself and customers... each one has been 100% perfect! Shipping materials are above anyone else, with corner protection and each canvas shrink wrapped for extra protection, with heavy cardboard boxes... Price is also excellent! I shop no where else for canvas, and my customers are always thrilled with the final product!

I had a great customer experience with Canvas n Decor. The contacted me directly to tell me that my image would likely not turn out well with the size print that I'd requested, and they worked with me until we got something that they said would look OK. The website was easy to use and the prices were reasonable (competitive with U.S. companies without the exorbitant shipping costs). I was very impressed with the quality of the canvases when they arrived, including the sharpness of the images, the rich colour saturation, and the overall print quality and construction. The pre-attached wall-hanging fastenings were a nice added touch (I have never received those from other companies)! The order also arrived surprisingly quickly. Canvas n' decor will definitely be my printer of choice for future canvas prints.

The courier didn't follow the instructions and left a note as usual that noone was at home, while there were people at home and I actually left them an instruction to leave it at the front door and they didn't respect it. I would revise those points with your courier as I pay for delivery and not for me to go and get them:-)

Other than that, everything was great, very cooperative team, accommodated my requests to merge two orders together which is appreciated. Print quality is very good too. Over all, value for money was very good.
