Excellent. Fantastic idea. Consider having the photos printed on raw, finely woven canvas for crafting projects. Nevertheless, the finished product was beautiful. I will recommend Canvas and Decor to others!

Canvas n Decor did a great job but your carrier punctured a big hole in the outer packaging that went through your thick tube and marked the canvases. I'm hoping it will stretch out but my framer gave no guarantees.

Your phone service hours are absurd. 9:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. is way to short a time period and people working a typical business day are unlikely to be able to speak with you when having problems ordering online. If you have to add an extra one or two dollars to properly staff your phone support than please do so. The ordering process for having more than one photo in a cart doesn't work easily. I had to repeatedly enter the second and third photo into the system to get them added to the cart. The quality of the photos you produce are excellent and you will continue to receive my orders but having better ordering online for multiple photos and decent phone support available more hours would greatly improve your service.

Update after receiving: Product quality seems very good. I requested accelerated service to have it ready for a certain date that was shorter than standard processing times and they kindly made it a priority to make it happen. I am impressed from start to finish and I am confident other reasonable customers will be completely satisfied as well!
~Still~ no word from my customer service request after a month. I gave up, ordered anyway. Order was 2 weeks late, and was only shipped for delivery immediately after I finally complained. Not coincidence.
Prints look nice but the brightness and much more so, the contrast in the 8x8 canvas is horrendous, there's no way anybody compared it to the png I sent before shipping it. I don't know if this was because lack of proper equipment or employee quality control, but if this is the best you can do, you need to inform people before they send in a picture. If I knew it was going to be this bad I would've exaggerated the contrast myself in paint.net so the canvas I'd eventually receive would look more proper.
We are extremely happy with the quality and appearance of our new canvas. We had 3 photos printed from a recent trip and will be adding a new order soon. The customer service, web site and fast delivery made the purchase very easy. We have already had friends comment how much they love the one photo. I ordered the 3 picture art collection consisting of wedding photos as a surprise for my husband. I'm sure he will love them. The quality is great and I was happy with the price. I would recommend you to other family and friends and plan to make future orders. The order took longer than 3-4 business days, but when I followed up by email I received a prompt update. My only recommendation would be perhaps a quick email to customers to let them know if there is going to be a delay. Overall I am a very happy customer. Thank you.
System is not flexible in setting 2 addresses, for billing and shipping.
Also, it didn't accepted discount coupon. I don't know about quality of the prints yet. Will leave feedback as soon i see the prints

Love that this is a Canadian company! Great website! Was hoping to see a curved option for the metal prints, but I am looking forward to seeing the finished product when my mom receives it for mother's day! :)
First time using as recommended by my sister who is a photographer. The ease of use on the website was great, hoping the prints turn out just as well. I called your local and 1800 number to ask a question, but no one ever answers, that was disappointing.
Delivery could have been faster, but it was worth the wait - excellent product, very high quality for a great price and it was packaged very well to avoid damage.
Overall good experience and actually very happy of the quality of created product.
I think the site should have an estimated delivery date to expect package so one is not sitting wondering what happened to the order and then to reach out and bug customer service.
Otherwise...will definitely be using again in the future

The colors were slightly off. I contacted your office and they offered an easy solution, reprinted my order immediately and the reprints are scheduled for delivery today. Looking forward to receiving it. Customer service is exceptional.
We are VERY happy with our picture! It turned out even better than what we had hoped for. The colours are true to the originals and there is no distortion considering we ordered such a large custom print (54' x 36).
We will definitely use Canvas n' Decor again, and recommend them to our friends and family.
Very disappointed that you don't ship to rural post office boxes. Couriers do not deliver to us in the country. But in any case this information is something that you should add to your shipping page. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the quality of service and my order :)
It would have been nice to see examples of different things like the matte finish etc on real life example to see what we would prefer. In my case, I took a chance with one of them, without knowing if it's gonna be what I actually wanted. In the end, it was pretty good. Am satisfied.
Order process was very intuitive and easy compared to others that I have used. The feature letting me know whether a selected size would result in poor image quality was especially useful. Part of the order was a gift and she could not have been happier with the result. I'll definitely be ordering from you again.
