Canvas & Decor is a great place to buy canvas. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of canvas art. They also offer framing services which are reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal on canvas art.

Yesterday I received my order placed with Canvas n Decore. The first thing I noticed was how well the shipment was packed. When I unwrapped my 3 metal prints, I was in awe. They were perfect, and everything that I hoped they would be. I cannot adequately express how pleased I am with the care, quality and final product I received fro Canvas n Decore. I will be promoting and recommending Canvas n Decore to everyone by informing them where I had the metal prints made. I will definitely be using Canvas n Decore in my future metal printing needs.

Overall, I consider the experience quite satisfactory. The delivery time was longer than expected but not outrageous; something I can factor into future orders. The products I received were better than I expected. The packaging could have been a little more robust. The package arrived damaged but the product was ok. As this was my first order, I now have a better feel for what to expect. I will definitely be ordering from Canvas N Decor in the future.

It is hard to accurately put into words just how horrible this business is.

On July 1st, I placed three orders for a total of 16 canvas prints. I finally received the prints a whole month later (early August). Two thirds of all prints were printed incorrectly. Numerous prints were physically damaged (clearly done before they were packaged). Out of the 16 prints, only 3 were printed correctly and undamaged. The prints themselves are of mediocre (at best) quality.

Dealing with their customer services has been nothing but an endless headache. They are polite, but utterly incompetent and clearly do not care. Empty promises after empty promises, excuses after excuses, and nothing to show for it.

It is now the last day of August - two months since the orders were made. I have less than half of the prints I paid for, and the latest replacement to arrive (just minutes ago) is physically damaged worse than the print it is replacing.

The people in this business do not care. They will waste your time, will ignore your emails, and will give you an endless run-around while blaming all of their mistakes and clear incompetence on the latest scapegoat ("COVID-19") of the day.

Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a Custom Print with Canvas n' Decor on November 28. It was a special Custom Order Print for my elderly father for Christmas. It was a wood print with a photo of him and I in the background, and a poem written overtop of the photo. The proof looked amazing, and I was very excited to get this in for him for Christmas.
I had not heard anything about my order so was getting concerned. I followed up December 11, and their response was that I will get this shortly before Christmas. On December 18, I still had not received any kind of confirmation that the product had been shipped. When I followed up, I was told that I would receive it by the end of the week.
Finally I received it late December 22. When I opened it, the product received looked nothing like the print. The photo of my father and I was so faded that you couldn't even see it in the light. This left me scrambling days before Christmas to find something else meaningful for my Dad. When I contacted Canvas n' Decor about my displeasure, this was the response received:

"The image provided is a very light background. Even just looking at the image on the screen you have difficulty seeing the background.
This is normal if you want to have text over the image. You want to see the text first.
Our printer did a good job from what we can see. It matched the image that was provided.
If you darken the background image you will lose the text and things may look muddled.
The issue with this image could be more the layout of the image.
If you like to see the two things clearly one should not be on top of the other."

I will, unfortunately, be out the cost of this product and will have to order this with a company that values their customers and is happy to work with them. I am shocked that this meaningful gift to my father has left such a sour taste due to Canvas n' Decor, and I would NOT recommend using them for any type of custom product.

Overall good. The backing for the wall mount has gotten heavier as compared to my previous order.
Since they were so light I could mount them with tape as I don't want to drill into my walls.
I will see how it goes.
Also, I made a mistake and ordered the metal stand. It broke within the first few minutes.
I forgot to click my choice of mounts. My bad but product does not hold up.
Lastly, I keep seeing that if I spend a certain amount of money, I would get a free picture. Never happened!
