Your colors are always true to what I see on my screen—no surprises!

My experience with this company is always good. The only thing at all negative that happened with this particular print is that the UPS envelope itself arrived with a little dent in it that transferred to the print. Fortunately we were able to get the dent out! The print itself it beautiful. Colors are very true. Quality of the paper is very high. I realize you cannot control UPS deliveries, and you DID have a DO NOT BEND sticker on the package.

I always get great product and fast service from American Art Editions. The prints of my watercolor paintings are always color-true and accurate.

I have used American Art Editions on multiple occasions for metallic prints. The quality of their work has consistently been outstanding and the value very high. Most recently, I had a large print on Aluminum shipped to me and, upon arrival, I discovered a major physical flaw in the product. I immediately contacted AAE and they promptly reprinted and shipped a replacement. This experience furthered my comfort in relying on AAE.

My experience with other printing sources indicates that they're only used to reproducing candid photos - not what I'd like to think of as art. Trying to argue them into leaving a white margin around the actual image is a war, and always lost. Y'all do that automatically, and the result such a help with matting.

Bad website design but DO NOT let that turn you away from their product. I ordered a 40" X 30" giclee printed on canvas and mounted and it came out great! Best of all they are located in the states. NC to be exact. My only issue might be they need to come up with a better solution for order tracking. Maybe a step by step thing you can monitor. Shipping was fast and packaging was professional. Canvas was stretched and mounted tight. Nice workmanship. Printing colors were exactly what I designed on my computer.

I needed a work very fast and just when I was placing the order, I realized that the office was closing for vacation. I reached out via the chat, and got helped right away. I got reassured that my order would be able to be printed and shipped before the office closes.
