Excelent product and care team

This product is easy to use and love the amount of things you can access. I had an issue with updates and I contacted the customer care team where Briana Molligan helped me out quickly and spot on. I defenetly recommend this product!

Great expertise and attention

I was attended to by an excellent professional named Briana Molligan. It was a very difficult situation to solve due to the particularities of the Xiaomi operating system on the target device. The attendant patiently explained a series of complex procedures to me.
I was very satisfied with the quality of service.

Product does not work as described and the company KNOWS IT! I requested a refund within an hour of purchase. This was 2/19 and I am still getting the runaround about
A refund. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the frustration and RUN AWAY!

Excellent Customer Service

Would not have been able to do this without help from Brianna Molligan. Was really helpful. I dont know how to do screen shots but she was really helpful and gave simple instructions so I understood what to do.

Lost phone avoided
May 19, 2024

My phone got stolen last week, and thanks to mSpy's GPS tracking, I was able to locate it in a nearby pawn shop. The police recovered it for me, and I'm so grateful for this app's tracking features.

I would give them a lower star if I could. Do not pay them, you may not get your money back. Customer service is worthless. No help. Can't connect you. They only use emails. Bull $#*!.

Frustrated with mspy

Briana Molligan was awesome! Ice been frustrated with the service since I renewed having to reinstall every 3 to 4 days was a pain but it seems to be fixed. We'll see after 3 or r4 days thanks Briana!

Customer service is an absolute disaster to deal with. I wouldn't recommend. You also need to jailbreak the phone in order to use the nost helpful parts of the service which voids warrenties.
I asked 3 times for a refund and they keep just giving me a run around and making it take me past the 14 days of purchase so i no longer qualify for the refund.

Quick and well done

My son's phone keep stopping mspy app. I bought the Premium version and they fixed it. It was a sunday night and Kris Redfield was very willing to help. I'm glad I bought the Premium version because I'm not very good with apps. I certainly recomend it.

Worst Service ever
February 22, 2021

I never could get the app to work, but for more money I still couldn't get it to work. I have been emailing since November for a refund and you get the run around, I still do not have a refund to my account. Worst service! Every response was we will get back to you or we can give you three months free subscription or you need to try support. Support told me they can't get it done. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. UPDATE
Now they won't refund my money at all even though they mentioned it before. It takes days to get a response back! DO NOT BUY THIS APP. If it doesn't work for you, you will lose all your money! See last email I received

We bought two premium accounts costing us 400 dollars in total only to find out that the recording calls application was canceled without any alerts that this was going to happen so all our recorded calls were gone and we would not get a refund and i am frurious that i spent hard earned money over this product and i would not get my money back i would not reccomend this product to anyone stay away from this any review giving it a rating higher than 3 stars is a liar.

I purchased this for my sons iphone, but it wasn't until I purchased this when setting up with the online support that I was told it couldn't help me with features on iphone that I wanted it for i. E snapchat. All I am being offered is to wait until they can provide this service but I want a refund I don't want to wait. This is not good as a consumer you should be able to get a refund back if your not getting the service you want, and they advertise this service, please do not buy if you have a iPhone!

MLite app not available
March 20, 2022

After several unsuccessful attempts to install the required mLite app on the target iPhone, I discovered that the installation wizard was taking me to the mSpy app for the parent iPhone. The Apple App Store gave me an error message that the mLite app is not available. When I emailed mSpy of this problem I was directed to use their chat line. After first telling me that I was on the wrong chat for mSpy support I was advised to install AnyTrans. I discovered that this is an additional feature of mSpy but it requires full time wifi which we don't have. Still trying to get a refund.

Doesn't work for iPhone
December 1, 2022

I researched and read that MSPY provides texts, keylogs etc for iPhone. So I spent 140.00 for a YEAR LIKE AN IDIOT trusting the reviews and company. Come to find out you can ONLY see texts when on same internet otherwise no, it doesn't work at all. I'm a flight attendant and he travels with military so neither of us are on sane internet
I contacted the company saying I purchased this with full trust they would supply what they said they did and got the runaround tacky emails and zero help. Zero refund.

So do not believe what you read. It DOES NOT WORK for iPhone unless on same internet

Mspy SUCKS!

There program dont work and they dont give refund. I spent hours trying to get this peice of garbage working. No one picks up the phone snd when they do they put you on hold forever! Email didnt get replied to for 3 days! STAY AWAY FROM MSPY

TERRIBLE!

TERRIBLE! They should have a money guarantee and change their return policy! Sometimes you can't get physically access when you think you do or might. I thought I had physical access and he cha get things on his phone so I dont anymore and they WON'T refund me. So I LITERALLY WASTED and spent money on so etching that is worthless and a piece of $#*! junk that I can't use at all! So $#*!ed up! So $#*! this site and their $#*!ty $#*!ing policy! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS! Make sure if you purchase something glove this they have a mo eye back guarantee to ensure you're not wasting your money on something that won't work for you! $#*!ty company and policy!
