STAY AWAY—SCAM ARTISTS! They have $99 for the year all over the internet. I sign up and they charge me $138.99. I contact them-NO RESPONSE. I then get an email receipt that I paid too much but NO instructions on where to access my SPECIAL NEEDS daughters phone! I emailed them 10 times over 5 days and just keep getting the automated email that someone from billing will be with me within 24 hours. YEAH RIGHT! It's now 2 weeks later and still NO RESPONSE. I'm getting my money back thru my credit card company. SCAM ARTISTS!
The website seemed legit, and reading the reviews on the website make it seem like a good app. The phone I tried to get this for is an iPhone 6s. It states on the website that you can monitor SMS text messaging on non-jailbrolen iPhones. What they don't tell you is that you cannot do the monitoring from their app. They will invite you to let them take control of your computer to download a secondary program so you can monitor SMS texting on the target iPhone. Additionally, they will then attempt to access your AppleID on a daily basis from a foreign based computer. Long story short, don't waste your money on this app, no matter how much of a discount they try to give you.

Called my bank and said no I approve it I was charged twice called back let them no I approved 1 charge not both I was refunded the second accidental charge and then found out they suspended my account for the first charge so kept half my money and never got my full subscription Terrible customer service everything that has to do with billing is email.

Majority of the functions only work on Android but they don't advertise it that way. I asked for a refund immediately after purchasing and they refused even the app doesn't work as advertised.

Briana was very helplpful in setting up my device on AnyTrans. She patiently waited for about hour and half until it finished fully backing up. She also gave me adivise on what to do afterwards. I would give her 5 out of 5 for customer service.
This is a scam. I decided to purchase the 3 month premium plan for a discount price of $39.99 a month. It then tells me I will be charged $40.00 a month and at the bottom it says "You will pay $119.99 USD". I followed through and payed with my card, only to quickly receive 3 charges all at once of $118.99 and $94.99 and $58.99! Thankfully my card company declined the charges. I tried other plans including the one month basic plan and low and behold both times I was charged an amount more than once that I was not the price on the checkout screen. As you can see om all the photos they were thankfully declined. Mspy is a scam, anyome omnhere who says differently is also a scam. I not the only person scammed by this company. My friend was also over changed and did not receive a refund or a working spyware for her android. My photos show my first purchase of the 3 month plan and my charges from my card account from the $39.99 3 month plan.

I decided after needing another company for our business to try mSpy. The seem friendly enough and are willing to say anything to sell you a package but then the costs and problems come flowing in. Unlike other companies, they charge a fee to help root the phone which only then allows you all the features you see in your plan. You'll notice on their sales website that the only comments under the plans are doesn't require rooting. Leaving all the other options blank giving the perception that once you pay for the premium service, you get all the features that others sites offer by rooting for free. NOPE! They want another $43.99 to help you root the target device which you must have in your possession again.
The problems... Tracking isn't accurate even waiting 45+ minutes for it to recognize where you have been. Call logs to not update as they should. Even though these updates are set for 5 minutes, here we are 45 minutes later and nothing. There are other reputable companies out there doing a better job and for less$.

Usually there is 20 minutes update interval however information may update longer if the phone is on 3G and signal is unstable. Other companies usually include such services to the total price without your knowledge but we give a choice and provide rooting instructions if you want to do that procedure on your own. I have been trying to ascertain a refund for the best part of 3 weeks and I started well within their 14 day refund policy. The company has stayed quiet, not really responding to any of my emails. Don't by into the idea that the pandemic is whats causing delays, as they were VERY RESPONSIVE when trying to secure payment

Would not have been able to do this without help from Brianna Molligan. Was really helpful. I dont know how to do screen shots but she was really helpful and gave simple instructions so I understood what to do.
My phone got stolen last week, and thanks to mSpy's GPS tracking, I was able to locate it in a nearby pawn shop. The police recovered it for me, and I'm so grateful for this app's tracking features.
