J'ai contacté le support technique à plusieurs reprises, suivi leurs instructions à la lettre, mais aucune solution n'a été trouvée. J'ai donc demandé un remboursement dans les 14 jours, comme prévu dans leur politique de remboursement en cas de problème technique non résolu. Résultat: refus total, avec des réponses génériques qui ignorent totalement ma situation. Aucune analyse sérieuse, aucun geste commercial, aucune responsabilité. Ce service est malhonnête et non fiable. Je déconseille vivement mSpy: ce genre de pratique est tout simplement inacceptable.
English: I purchased a mSpy subscription on June 3rd, 2025, following all installation instructions carefully. Still, the software never worked properly on the target device. I contacted customer support multiple times and followed all their instructions, but no solution was found. I then requested a refund within the 14-day window, as clearly stated in their own policy in case of unresolved technical issues.
The result: total refusal, with generic responses that ignored my specific case. No proper investigation, no responsibility taken, no commercial gesture.
And worst of all: I was charged over €100 in hidden fees without my consent, for "services" I never explicitly approved or requested. These were not clearly presented or validated at checkout.
This service is dishonest, unreliable, and relies on misleading practices to trap users.
I strongly advise against using mSpy — these tactics are unacceptable and borderline scammy.
I wish I had known that mSpy refuses refunds even when the software doesn't work. The refund policy they advertise is misleading, and support only sends generic replies with no real help. Be very cautious before purchasing.
mSpy Phone Tracker Subscription
Teens are smart. I realized that even though I have access to my daughter's phone, she deleted all the messages she didn't want me to see. They might just be something silly, but I wanted to be able to check in once in a while and make sure there was nothing concerning. I was concerned for her safety and instead of finding help, I wasted money and time fighting with 2 companies that had been recommended in online reviews.
I purchased 2 different programs (Mspy and KidsGuard Pro) that I thought would allow me to see deleted messages. Neither one worked as expected and both companies were terrible to work with when I tried to get help and then a refund.
Mspy says on their website that they provide screenshots and a keylogger. They claim you can "Monitor every keystroke & every tap". These features are only available on a jailbroken phone, but that is not made clear. It would be nice if there were a clear chart explaining the many options.
Once I figured out that the option I purchased was not going to do what I needed (because my daughter's phone could not be jailbroken), I was offered other options to switch to. None of these options actually does what I need either. I explained that multiple times and was told over and over that I could not receive a refund. One of the reasons given was that refunds could not be issued when "a user does not accept technical assistance. I had declined the technical assistance because they had confirmed that the program did not do what I needed it to so it was pointless to waste time trying to install it.
Since the money was already lost, I scheduled a tech assist appointment (the only way to switch options). The first appointment was a week and a half away so they offered to freeze my subscription until then.
The option I am going to switch to says it will track text messages and call logs, but deleted messages are not distinguishing from undeleted ones, and if they are deleted too quickly it will not have a record of them.
Whenever I close mStar, I need to restart my computer to be able to open it again. If I leavet it open the screensaver lock does not work.
I purchased mAssist without intending to, and I'm normally pretty careful about checking things like that. I have 2 separate charges on my account, one for $31.49 and one for $28.50.
EDIT: I had the scheduled tech appointment and wasted an hour. The technician was not even able to get the program installed. Asked again for a refund and was told no.
UPDATE: I responded to their message and was told again that I am not eligible for a refund.
