I had two issues with our app that needed to be resolved, and Joel was a great help in the process. He was willing to test on his iPhone and then submit our case to the development team to do more testing. He also investigated our options to improve our customer experience and proposed a solution. I purchased the plantium feature for my app do to my lack of acknowledgement I became so frustrated I called in to cancel. But they transferred me over to Joel Perez he was so kind helpful and patience there is no way I would of been able to do it without him. His customer service was phenomenal never in my life I had someone to take the time out with me over the phone for service he was so professional and helpful.

There is built in features that i searched a long time on another app building services and didn't find, fast and very helpful customer support chat, the opportunities have open me to new ides for new apps.

I have been with Appy Pie for years now. I will be with them many more years. They are fantastic. We updated our app and had some issues but their support team was right there helping us every step of the way. We was able to call their toll free #, live chat, and email them. This is a very good place to host your mobile app.

Had a few issues with certain feature but the guys in Technical/ Customer services resolved them instantly and were always on hand to help. The app is easy to use for first time builders and the tutorials give great guidance when unsure.
