I reviewed Appy Pie (at their request) after purchasing a reseller account. At that point the customer service was great and the actual product seemed to be exactly what I was after.

When I began using the platform, I learned very quickly that what they claim to offer is not what you get. The features/plugins break regularly and many of them do not actually work. The app template designs are fixed and far from graceful from a design and functionality perspective.

When I called in for support for these issues, I was met with a completely different customer service experience. The reps were not helpful, they were argumentative and when I attempted to cancel the service asked for a refund for the $1200 I had paid, they refused.

I then spent more than two months trying to get help building the three apps that I had bought the service for, with no success. Meanwhile the clients that I was building the apps for were bangin on my door as the project was well over deadline.

To make an incredibly long story short, I threw in the towel and played cleanup to salvage the client relationship. Out $1200 and months of my time, I felt I should update my this review site with my experience.

Well i'm so freaking happy that appy pie team gave me peace of mind, as i have basic skills and these experts help me to fulfil my big dream! And the coolest part is i gave them my apple id without any hesitation as i trust them! So you can definitely proceed with appy pie!
As testing purpose i have subscribed one month plan, now i am going to upgrade lifetime plan! Well deserved!

There are so many built in options which is really useful for building an app from scratch. You dont need to have any kind of programming knowledge to create an app using AppyPie. The final product looks neat.

I purchased the plantium feature for my app do to my lack of acknowledgement I became so frustrated I called in to cancel. But they transferred me over to Joel Perez he was so kind helpful and patience there is no way I would of been able to do it without him. His customer service was phenomenal never in my life I had someone to take the time out with me over the phone for service he was so professional and helpful.

Initially i faced few problems due to ignorance and their technical errors but team is very helpful and co-operative to resolve any problems. My game is working nicely and i am happy with their services.

AppyPie has outstanding features! They have a feature for nearly every service you need and ones you didn't know you needed. There is no netter App service for non experienced App developers than AppyPie. Customer service is very prompt. They have a great team, it's worth it!

Appy Pie is an easy convenient way to make a great app. You just make it on the website choosing the way you want it to look and they do the rest. The support staff responds quickly and is very helpful if you get stuck. I highly recommend them.
