TERRIBLE! They should have a money guarantee and change their return policy! Sometimes you can't get physically access when you think you do or might. I thought I had physical access and he cha get things on his phone so I dont anymore and they WON'T refund me. I purchased the premium account and paid to talk to them. Android phone. Worked for maybe a total of 12 hours off and on. They reinstalled the software the first time and it worked for maybe 3 or 4 hours. Then just quit working. I called again and they told me to reboot and call back if it still wasn't working. I put in multiple requests for a callback because that's the only way to get ahold of them. They just quit calling me. I think this is a scam.

I was with M spy for a few years and it worked just OK on my phone. It constantly dropped from my phone and I had to reinstall it over and over which was very difficult. I stuck with them-didnt know about other options- and paid them every year. I bought a new phone and mspy did not work on it. I asked for a refund just on the remainder of my contract since I had just renewed it for a whole year and was turned down. Complete disrespect, rude, and terrible customer service.
