SERVICE DOES NOT WORK (I set everything up right, I work in tech). After contacting them about a full refund as per their site policy, they take weeks to reply and even then just offer different accounts (lite account, extended services, etc.). I bought this product last week. I specifically asked the "live chat" if I would be able to view the texts off of an iPhone 5. They told me absolutely as long as the phone had iCloud. I bought the product and it did NOT show texts. I tried to contact customer service, but, was told I had to pay $13 to speak to them. I contacted them again and asked to cancel my account and refund my money. They suggested that I buy an Android because they "know there are issues with iPhones." I understand completely that their "fine print" says no refunds. I also understand completely that their advertisement says that you can "read texts from an Iphone5." FALSE ADVERTISING!

I found mSpy to be a bit too intrusive and complicated for my needs. The setup process was challenging, and I'm not comfortable with the level of access it requires.
Purchased mspy just to try for one month for my son's phone who was dealing with extreme bullying and abuse at school, without it I doubt such a quick resolution would have been the case. I cannot say enough how much, for my circumstance, this product does was it says.
Viewing time stamps on picture texts and the location to pick him up if danger had occurred helped keep me relieved during the day while at work.
Over the course of using the product I ran into an issue with the gps tracking not continuing to keep record on the specified intervals but when I contacted the support team they issued instruction and was able to be solved with ease and in a timely manner.
While I have not used a competitors product the 3 people currently using that I've recommended this product to have told me it's far superior with better support and much easier to use.
Please if you were considering purchasing make sure you check with a team member so they can best help you pick out what works best for you.
Thanks to mSpy's keylogger, I found out my daughter was struggling with algebra but too shy to ask for help. After some tutoring, she's doing her homework!
This application is terrible and the company behind it ripped people's hard-earned money.
They promised MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and FULL REFUND if I am unsatisfied and when I asked for it just a couple of hours after confirming the purchase, I had difficulty in installing since their system is being detected as a "trojan" virus and that my phone auto-marked it as malicious software which doesn't comply with the safety and privacy standards of any device. After I sent a few emails about my findings, they replied so long and even gave me bunch of reasons saying that I am not eligible for any refunds.
Please be careful with these kind of SCAMS and protect your rights!
